Эта площадка была создана еще в 2010 году, а сейчас она уже в топе находится на первом месте по скачиванию. Тогда создатели и не думали о том, что именно это приложение станет настолько популярным. Вот только раньше это приложение использовали для того чтобы просто делиться своими публикациями и смотреть также фотографии близких и знакомых.
Сейчас же эта программа является платформой заработка денег, а также публикации стали «не настоящими». Что я имела в виду под «не настоящими» так это то, в сейчас люди активно используют разные фильтры, фотошоп и преобразуют своё фото так, как будто это настоящая картинка. И вместе с этим, каждый день люди сталкиваются с тем, что просматривают красивые фотографии и начинают сравнивать себя с этими «якобы» красивыми людьми.
Люди стали забывать о том, что это фотошоп, много фильтров скрывающих недостатки, и начинают верить, что они «страшные» и «убогие», что они не подходят под те стандарты , какие придумал мир 90 – 60 – 90. Но нужно понимать, что любовь к себе — это не стандарты фигуры, а принятие себя, принятие своих килограммов, своего лица.
Когда примешь и поймёшь, что изменить ничего нельзя, вот только тогда ты и полюбишь себя. И нет это не эгоизм, это просто любовь к себе самому. Ведь мы никогда не сможем увидеть себя со стороны, так как наш мозг будет видеть обратное. Также никогда никого не слушайте, если вдруг в ваш адрес прилетит : «может тебе стоит похудеть», «боже, у тебя такой кривой нос» или же «ты не пробовала всякие средства от прыщей». Именно такие фразы могут очень сильно задеть человека и привести его к еще большей депрессии и непринятию себя.
