Отзвенел последний школьный звонок у выпускников 2023 года. Позади 11 лет учебы и уже пройден один из этапов на пути к становлению взрослым человеком. Сданы экзамены, которые в начале года казались страшным сном. Но может для кого-то они и стали кошмаром наяву?
ЕГЭ – это то, что называют важной и значимой ступенью в жизни подростка. В 10 классе уже начинается подготовка: курсы, элективные часы. Появляются волнения, страхи, которые связаны со сдачей экзамена. «А что если я не сдам?», «ЕГЭ влияет на мою дальнейшую жизнь» — подобно такие выражение можно услышать от выпускников 11-ых классов. Но эти мысли их не покидали весь год и продолжали преследовать во время экзамена:
«Безусловно, волнение было, как и перед любым другим важным событием в жизни. Связано это прежде всего с тем, что ЕГЭ – это один из самых доступных для меня соц. лифтов. Соответственно, это одна из немногих возможностей, благодаря которой я могла бы улучшить свое социальное положение.
Осознавая возможное влияние ЕГЭ на мою жизнь, я очень волновалась» – поделилась Анна Некрасова – выпускница 2023 года.
Ощущать волнение – абсолютно нормально. «Волнение – признак того, что мы делаем нечто важное для нас» — рассказывает Кирилл Хломов, кандидат психологических наук РАНХиГС. Но чрезмерный уровень тревоги может привести к потере концентрации внимания, что повлияет на ошибки в тесте или сочинении.
Психологи советуют:
- Восстановить дыхание – так поступит дополнительный ресурс в организм – кислород. Во время волнения человек дышит часто и поверхностно из-за чего в мозг поступает мало кислорода;
- Сделать пару глотков обычной воды – для того ее и берут с собой;
- Попытайтесь напрячь свое тело, а потом расслабиться – это позволит организму «прийти в себя».
«ЕГЭ – счастливый КИМ или проверка?»
После окончания экзамена начинается самопроверка. Дети обсуждают и изучают КИМы других регионов и понимают, что были задания легкого уровня. Так Единый Государственный Экзамен стали сравнивать с лотереей, хотя он и направлен на проверку знаний. Стресс, переживание, недосып, зубрежка – неужели это все может оказаться напрасно и попадется «худший» КИМ? Или эти старания все-таки направлены на получение заветных 100 баллов учеников?
Своим мнением поделились выпускники 2023 года:
«Когда люди говорят, что ЕГЭ — это лотерея, то зачастую они имеют в виду тот факт, что этот экзамен напишет любой дурак, у которого есть хоть капелька везения и природная чуйка. Если рассматривать «лотерею» в таком ключе, то я смело скажу, что ЕГЭ это не лотерея!
Однако! На собственном опыте я поняла, что везение на экзамене необходимо. К сожалению, эта система не идеальна: попадаются варианты, в которых проверяется наиболее известная теория, а бывает — наоборот…
Приведу пример из ЕГЭ по истории 2023 года. В ЕГЭ по истории есть 18 задание, в котором нужно назвать три причины или последствия того или иного события.
Мне нужно было назвать три причины отречения Николая Второго от престола, в то время как в другом регионе было задание, в котором нужно было назвать три последствия упразднения машинно-тракторных станций.
В чём же состоит несправедливость? А в том, что отречение Николая Второго — очень популярная тема, которая подробно изучается на уроках истории, в то время как упразднение МТС просто упоминается. Справедливо ли это? Можно ли назвать подобное распределение заданий лотереей? Я думаю, что да.
Что касается проверки знаний. ЕГЭ невозможно сдать на высокие баллы без знания теории, без умения анализировать, без понимания структуры самого экзамена. Я уверена в этом. ЕГЭ действительно проверяет знания, но бывают люди, которые не могут в стрессовой ситуации достать из головы нужную информацию и правильно её подать (хочется этого или нет, но следовать структуре экзамена необходимо, без этого никуда), из-за чего умные ребята могут сдавать на невысокие баллы. «Как по мне – ЕГЭ это рулетка, в которой человек не должен разочаровываться. ЕГЭ никак не определяет человека как человека, более чем, условия, которые стоят перед учеником, совершенно не показывают его знания. Как по мне, время, которое дается на экзамен — это очень глупый шаг со стороны создателей ЕГЭ, так как работоспособность человека бывает разная, поэтому нельзя ограничивать человека во времени, хотя бы не на ЕГЭ» — Полина Носырева — выпускница 2023.
«ЕГЭ сочетает в себе элементы и того, и другого. С одной стороны – да, ЕГЭ проверяет знания и показывает уровень подготовки учеников, но с другой — не один человек не может запомнить ВСЮ информацию по одному предмету, для этого потребовался бы не один и не два года, много больше, а если вспомнить то, что, в основном, для поступления в вуз нужно сдать 4 экзамена, это кажется почти невозможным. К тому же, никто не знает, какой раздел предмета попадется в варианте, и все вместе это превращается в «Русскую рулетку»» — Павел Овчинников — выпускник 2023.
«В помощь дополнительные материалы!»
Оказывается, что школьных знаний может не хватать для «заветной соточки», тогда в ход идут репетиторы, дополнительный онлайн – курсы. Такое может встретиться не во всех уголках России, но существуют школы, где подготовки вовсе нет. А как же слова организатора: «Будьте уверены: каждому, кто учился в школе, по силам сдать ЕГЭ. Все задания составлены на основе школьной программы»? Неужели знания из школьной программы не способны помочь ученику на ЕГЭ?
«Как человек, который сдавал ЕГЭ, могу сказать, что школьных знаний не хватает. Для экзамена нужно много больше информации, чем дает школьная программа» — поделился выпускник 2023 года Павел Овчинников.
«Все зависит от целей выпускника. Если цель — сдача экзамена (то есть набрать минимальные проходные баллы), то школьных знаний должно хватить. Если цель — поступление в университет, то, конечно, необходимо дополнительно заниматься» — Анна Некрасова – выпускница 2023.
«Я думаю, что бы сдать ЕГЭ на хорошие баллы школьных знаний будет мало, для возможности поступить в хороший вуз (80+) точно нужны курсы, без них ну может баллов 40-50 будет» — Алина Климова – выпускница 2023.
«100% ЕГЭ и школьная программа — это совершенные противоположности. К ЕГЭ нужна определенная подготовка, там как раз таки нужно отрабатывать свои навыки успевать вовремя, делать работу, а также делать многие задания на автомате, что мне очень не нравится. В школе я могу проявить себя лучше, так как мне дается на это больше возможностей» — Полина Носырева – выпускница 2023.
По ответам выпускников можно сказать, что возможность сдачи ЕГЭ без дополнительных источников есть, но мала. Дело может быть не в плохой подготовке от учителей, а в том, что сдают по 3-4 предмета, к которым требуется усиленная работа и практика. А урок длинной в 45 минут и 30 человек в классе, которые также хотят личного внимания учителя к своей проблеме могут быть препятствием. Ко всему этому, какова вероятность того, что школьник помнит материал 5 класса также хорошо, как 11? Думаю, что этот вопрос не требует ответа. Поэтому, чтобы подготовка имела hard-режим, и ученик чувствовал себя немного увереннее – онлайн-школы в помощь.
«Судный день или плод фантазии?»
Из года в год выпускники 11-ых классов проходят через «скан» знаний и испытывают разные эмоции. У кого-то волнение появляется только перед входом в аудиторию, а после сдачи экзамена и выхода из ППЭ становится спокойным. Но у некоторых страх остается до получения результата.
«Вход в аудиторию для меня был наиболее волнительной частью экзамена, особенно в первый раз, неизвестное место написания экзамена сыграло на нервах и заставило немного поволноваться. Выход же из ППЭ проходил штатно и спокойно, с чувством выполненного долга я покидал аудиторию, перед этим проверив ответы 3-4 раза» — прокомментировал Михаил Яковлев – выпускник 2023.
ЕГЭ – не является показателем истинных знаний человека, как говорили выпускники: «…люди не могут в стрессовой ситуации достать из головы нужную информацию…» Бывают случаи, когда на уроках ребенок впечатляет всех своими знаниями, а на ЕГЭ растерялся и спутал все факты. Это норма, которую не могут осознать организаторы и составители ЕГЭ. Но избежать экзамена не получится. Сколько бы новостей не было о том, что в Государственной Думе рассматривают закон об отмене ЕГЭ – его все равно не уберут. Поскольку это единственный способ понять учился ли ребенок 11 лет или нет, хороша система образования или нет. Но даже на это мы получили ответ, который открывает глаза ученикам, но не правительству.
Что же на счет этого «страшного дня»? Стоит ли его так бояться на самом деле? Узнаем мнение выпускников:
«ЕГЭ — это не страшно. Реально всем по силам, не нужно бояться его сдавать, но нужно правильно расставлять приоритеты на предметы. Так или иначе, готовясь к одному предмету больше, чем к другим, ты явно получишь за него высший балл. Расставлять приоритеты — вот чему я научилась, готовясь к ЕГЭ» — поделилась выпускница 2023 Полина Носырева.
