Не раз я сталкивалась с проблемой каши в голове. Бралась за одно дело, за другое, столько всего делала, а по итогу не успевала выполнять запланированные дела. Тогда я начала задумываться, как успевать осуществлять все свои планы, если я не супер герой?
Глубоко изучив тему, я решила поделиться своими советами и советами других людей, начиная от друзей и заканчивая психологом. На самом деле, на успеваемость и продуктивность влияет множество факторов: с каким настроем ты просыпаешься, сколько времени тратишь, чтобы полистать ленту в Instagram и так далее.
Совет 1. Каждые полчаса или хотя бы час записывать результат своей деятельности. Только результат. Если вы в это время ничего не делали, так и пишите: «Ничего».
Совет 2. Сравнивайте себя с тем, кем вы были вчера. Ничего не меняется? Ты опять ничего не сделал? Это первый звоночек, чтобы начать делать хотя бы один шаг вперед каждый день к продуктивности.
Совет 3. Спорт = энергия. Не сидите часами за рабочим местом и не пейте крепкий кофе с надеждой, что это поможет справиться с сонливостью. Встаньте, разомнитесь, включите музыку, потанцуйте. Это даст вам прилив энергии.
Совет 4. Заведите планер или ежедневник или скачайте приложение на телефон, с помощью которого вы сможете планировать свой день.
Я допускала много ошибок в обращении с ежедневником. Что нужно делать, чтобы этого избежать?
- Не забывать заглядывать в планер, или чем вы будете пользоваться.
- Писать конкретное время выполнения задач и ставить перед собой реальные цели.
- Вы должны планировать свои дела так, чтобы у вас был гибкий график. Случись что-то, и всем планам сразу будет крышка!
Совет 5. Если не хотите перегореть, потерять мотивацию, нужно отдыхать и уделять себе внимание.
Совет 6. Приз — это мотиватор для завершения задачи. Признаюсь честно, когда мне нужно было прочитать 30 страниц скучного произведения, я говорила себе: «Сейчас ты это сделаешь и сможешь пойти скушать шоколадку». Вашем мотиватором может быть как еда, так и прогулка с друзьями. Но только не надо себя морить голодом:)
Совет 7. Менять деятельность хотя бы каждые 2 часа — это ведет к прогрессу. Если вы будете изнурять себя, допустим, уроками без перерыва несколько часов, вы только больше устанете, а результата никакого не будет.
Совет 8. Это то, что нужно каждому человеку. Сон. От него зависит, насколько продуктивно пройдет ваш день.
Совет 9. Я выработала привычку вставать с кровати сразу, как только просыпаюсь. Я не отказываюсь от «потягушек», но и не лезу сразу в телефон, который отберет у меня полчаса времени и хорошее зрение. Еще Уилл Смит говорил, что лучше утром настраиваться на сегодняшний день. Например, что ты будешь сегодня готовить или просто помечтать.
Совет 10. Расставляйте приоритеты! Самое нужное стоит делать в первую очередь.
Совет 11. Избегайте людей, которые просто тратят ваше время.
Совет 12. Сам себя не похвалишь — никто не похвалит. Только вы знаете, что вы сделали и сколько. Поэтому хвалите себя!
Совет 13. Измените свое отношение к нелюбимому делу, т.е. найдите плюсы. Не все, что мы делаем, нам будет по душе. Но мы не можем просто сесть и ничего не делать. Нужно уметь абстрагироваться.
Совет 14. Не забывайте развиваться. Нужно уделять время не только своим делам. Смотрите документальные фильмы или читайте автобиографию, можно также найти интересные, познавательные видео на YouTube.
Совет 15. Вы можете использовать приложение Pomadoro, которые пойдет как на Android, так и на iOS. Оно поможет в организации своего времени. Подходит не для всех, но стоит попробовать. Ссылки на приложения оставлю здесь.
