Вы делаете шаг к самостоятельной жизни, зная как рационально использовать свое время, распределяете день поминутно. Имеете понятие о своих делах и планах. Благодаря планированию можно развить работоспособность и выполнять дела намного быстрее и качественнее.
Всегда следует помнить — никакой план дня не будет работать, пока ты просто не начнешь действовать:”любое действие важнее бездействия”.
Теперь расскажу вам о трудностях, с которыми можно столкнуться, не имея навыков планирования времени.
Неэффективность работы, выполнения задач — не имея строгого дедлайна, внутренней дисциплины, у вас меньше шансов выполнить все дела. Мы часто прокрастинируем, отвлекаемся на то что нам неважно.
Проблема откладывать все на потом знакома многим, не успевая, получаем некачественный результат своей работы, испытываем дискомфорт. Чтобы подобного в вашей жизни стало меньше, начните брать ответственность за каждый свой шаг и день.
Планирование — это больше чем списки дел. Осознанность твоего дня зависит от твоих действий как глобальных ,так и тех незначительных из to do списка. Относись ко времени ,как к ресурсу ,который может как помочь тебе, так и навредить. Все в твоих руках!
