Творчество — это не всегда просто, бывают выгорания и депрессивные моменты. В такое время сложно, что-то начать, именно тогда мы встречаемся с феноменом боязни белого листа. Этот феномен, который известен многим людям особенно с творческой натурой, например, писателям, художникам, дизайнерам. Боязнь белого листа — означает боязнь начать работу над чем-то, потому что нет четкого понимания того, как её начать.
История появления феномена связана с распространением компьютеров в конце ХХI века. На компьютере можно писать и редактировать документы, не оставляя неудачных попыток. С развитием электронной техники люди могут просто открыть белый лист, где ни одна из попыток не оставит следа. Хотя ранее люди создавали документы с использованием бумаги и чернил, и вместо белого листа они видели множество предыдущих попыток. Для человека важно видеть свои попытки, чтобы понимать с чего надо начинать в следующий раз.
Причины боязни белого листа могут быть разными и индивидуальными для каждого человека. Однако, некоторые общие факторы могут играть роль в появлении этой боязни:
1. Недостаточная самоуверенность: Боязнь белого листа может быть обусловлена недостаточной верой в себя и свои способности. У многих людей вызывает беспокойство и страх, из-за ответственности за итоговый результат и возможности совершить ошибку или не справиться с задачей.
2. Совершенство: это связано с обществом и его запросом на идеальное и совершенное. В социальных сетях часто популярны блогеры с идеальной картинкой, и смотря на это некоторые начинают бояться. Потому что стремятся к совершенству и опасаются, что их работа не будет достаточно хорошей. Они боятся делать ошибки или показывать несовершенство.
3. Недостаток идей: Белый лист может вызывать страх из-за отсутствия идей или неспособности придумать что-то новое и оригинальное. Это может приводить к чувству переживания, что ничего хорошего не придумается.
4. Страх оценки: Боязнь белого листа может быть связана со страхом получить низкую оценку или неудовлетворительное признание за свою работу. Это может происходить из-за прежних негативных опытов или страха быть судимым или критикованным.
Виноватым в появлении боязни белого листа можно считать социальные и психологические факторы, такие как образование, воспитание, негативный опыт или сравнение с другими.
