В сериале у главного героя в голове было, как будто бы, облачное хранилище – чертоги разума, в которые вмещалась тонна полезной информации. Сегодня я расскажу о нескольких способах повысить собственную продуктивность до уровня Шерлока, и о том, как становиться умнее даже во сне.
Я учусь в 11 классе. Для успешной сдачи экзаменов мне нужно выучить столько информации, сколько вмещает в себя приличная энциклопедия. Однажды, листая ленту в Tik Tok, я наткнулась на видео, в котором говорилось о шифтинге.
Шифтинг – это «перемещение» в параллельную реальность, один из способов медитации или осознанный сон.
Ты чувствуешь все, что происходит вокруг тебя; осознаешь свои действия, а после пробуждения будешь помнить все, что с тобой происходило.
Я заинтересовалась, полезла в Сеть, чтобы узнать подробнее о способах, позволяющих попасть в параллельную реальность. Самый популярный и простой из них – «Raven метод». Я пользуюсь им. Прежде всего, нужно лечь на спину «звездочкой» и закрыть глаза. Важно представить и точно визуализировать новую реальность, в моем случае – кабинет с письменным столом и книжными полками. Имеет значение абсолютно все: цвет стола и стен, запах книг, величина книжных полок и так далее. Параллельно с визуализацией нужно медленно считать до ста, «перенося» себя в желанный мир. Нарушаем законы математики, ведь после ста идет не сто один, а крепкий и здоровый сон, во время которого я просыпалась у себя в кабинете, в нужной реальности.
Еще один действующий способ – «Лестница». Нужно лежать на спине в позе «звездочки» и, не двигаясь, сделать несколько глубоких вдохов. Затем представить, что вы поднимаетесь высоко по лестнице, в конце которой виднеется зеркало. В нем ваше отражение в другой вселенной. Важно подумать о том, что сзади появился кто-то из воображаемой вселенной.
Он спрашивает вас:
«Вы готовы?»
На что вы должны ответить:
«Да»
Теперь нужно взять его за руку и открыть дверь, которая появится вместо зеркала. Заходя, вы должны представить, что проваливаетесь и падаете вместе с тем персонажем. Теперь самое сложное. Нужно четко визуализировать свой «мир» и уснуть прямо в полете. Вуаля! Вы проснетесь в желаемой реальности.
Следующий метод шифтинга называется «Алиса в Стране чудес». Нужно представить, как вы сидите под деревом, придумать пейзажи вокруг. Чем подробнее – тем лучше. Далее, представьте, к вам «подошел» любой персонаж, кролик, например. Он позвал вас за собой, начал убегать. Затем, воображаемый кролик скрывается из виду, прыгая в нору. Ваша задача – последовать за ним, представить ощущение полета. Для полноты картины можно подумать о каких-то личных вещах, «летящих» вместе с вами. Например, когда я использую этот метод, мимо меня пролетает зарядка для телефона, камера и ноутбук. Далее вы аккуратно приземляетесь на пол, видите перед собой дверь, закрытую на замок. Визуализируйте ее: представьте рисунок на ней, ширину и высоту, материал, из которого она сделана. И, наконец, почувствуйте ключ в вашем кармане. Открыв дверь, нужно постараться уснуть. И тогда вы попадете в осознанный сон, в собственную реальность.
Как все-таки учиться во сне? К сожалению, невозможно запомнить то, чего не знал в реальности. Но никто не запрещает повторять пройденный материал. Сейчас расскажу более подробно. Я готовлюсь к ЕГЭ по литературе и стараюсь каждый день учить новое стихотворение, а каждую ночь – освежать в памяти старые. Для этого я подхожу к третьей полке, на которой каждая книга пахнет зеленым чаем, достаю блокнот со стихами и сажусь за стол. Сегодня у меня Маяковский. «Владимир Владимирович» – негромко зову я и слышу сзади звук открывающейся двери. Вот и мой любимый поэт, с которым мы можем разговаривать ночи напролет. Он рассказывает мне о скрытом смысле, которым наполнено каждое стихотворение, мы обсуждаем других писателей или поэтов, попивая чай. Утром я просыпаюсь полной сил, энергии и желания учиться.
Шифтинг помог мне разбить знания на блоки. Одни, необходимые сейчас, лежат на ближайших полках, а другие, не настолько важные, ждут своего часа в коробках или ящиках. Заниматься во сне намного проще и интереснее, чем в реальности, поэтому я рекомендую этот способ.
