– В 15 лет начала изучать самостоятельно анатомию человека, физиологию, а также упражнения в зале и дома. Потом пошла учиться в «Платформу» ради бумажки [сертификата], тогда стоимость обучения была 15 тысяч, но те знания были минимальны.
Сколько ты находишься в этой сфере?
– Тренером работаю 2 года, но тренируюсь около 5-6 лет.
Трудно ли пробиться подростку в бизнесе?
– Нет, не трудно, сейчас такое время, когда каждый подросток осознает свои возможности. Если есть мечта и цель, то пробиться не трудно, скорее, труднее завоевать доверие и уважение от старших.
Каков был стартовый капитал на открытие фитнес-студии?
– В 16 лет я потратила на открытие студии 13 тысяч, потому что не покупала рекламу и заниматься приходили знакомые девочки. В последствии на 9-10 тысяч приобрела основное оборудование и арендовала маленькое помещение. Сейчас аренда и обслуживание студии выходят на 40 тысяч в месяц.
Есть ли перспективы работать в Ижевске? Если нет, то куда планируешь уехать?
– Перспективы работать есть в любом месте, главное – как ты это [услугу] подаешь и какое качество продукта у тебя есть. Я бы хотела переехать в Москву, мне этот город нравится, там другой ритм жизни, продуктивность выше и возможностей больше. А так, в любом городе можно реализоваться, главное – найти свою нишу и продвигать свои интересы в массы.
Я знаю, ты набираешь к себе в команду тренеров. Как именно проходит обучение?
– С августа, может быть, набор будет. Они сначала пройдут обучение на сайте, который мы сейчас создаем, по окончанию экзаменов смогут работать в моей студии.
Сколько денег ты вложила в проект?
– На обслуживание студии трачу 40 тысяч в месяц, в нее входят – аренда, зарплата тренеров, покупка оборудования и на рекламу тысяч 20. Её приобретаю у блогеров или прибегаю к таргету. Так, в совокупности выходит приличная сумма, по моим меркам.
Есть ли негативные отзывы клиентов?
– Было только два негативных отзыва, это были абсурдные ситуации. Мой тренер пару раз приезжала не вовремя, но мне стыдно за эти моменты, я понимаю всю ответственность, поэтому мы отдали деньги за тренировки. В целом, негативных отзывов нет, все выполняют работу качественно, потому как подходят к делу с любовью.
Что их обычно не устраивает: цена или качество работы?
– Их всё устраивает, даже наоборот возмущаются, что у меня низкие цены. В принципе, клиенты довольны соотношением цены и качества.
Какой твой режим дня?
– Всегда делаю расписание, даже если загруженный график, все равно стараюсь встречаться с подругами, потому что хорошо работает тот, кто хорошо отдыхает. Для разгрузки выделяю один-два выходных дня, в это время ничего не делаю.
Кем ты себя позиционируешь помимо тренера и школьницы?
– Я себя позиционирую, как веселую девушку, с которой можно всегда посмеяться, потому как постоянно «на веселе» и в хорошем расположении духа. Поэтому, да, я – девочка с района [смеется].
