У каждого подростка в определенный момент жизни появляется желание найти подработку, когда карманных денег от родителей становится недостаточно, или хочется получить новый опыт, или накопить на определенную вещь, поездку и т.д.
В 2019 году я закончила 11 класс, сдала ЕГЭ и не прошла на бюджет. После долгих обсуждений с родителями, было принято решение пересдать ЕГЭ в следующем году. С одним условием. Мама сказала: “Сидеть год без дела я тебе не дам. Иди работать”
Вот я и пошла.
Мне нужна была работа с удобным графиком, не самой маленькой зарплатой и молодым коллективом. Поэтому я решила устроиться в Макдоналдс. В итоге я проработала в нем 3 месяца, до начала карантина, и теперь готова раскрыть все плюсы и минусы работы в этом заведении.
Трудоустройство
Устроиться в Макдональдс не сложно. Можно прийти и заполнить анкету, обычно они находятся на стойке информации, или же подать заявление онлайн на сайте. Потом вам назначают день, когда вы должны прийти на собеседование. Всего их будет три. На первом со мной встретилась директор, она посмотрела мою анкету, задала много вопросов. Следующее собеседование было уже с заместителем директора. Она рассказала основные требования и запреты, обсудила со мной график, дала мне направление на получение мед книжки (ее наличие обязательно, оформляется она очень быстро). А на третьей встрече с руководством я уже заполнила необходимые документы.
Что нельзя работнику Макдоналдса:
- Пирсинг на лице. Его необходимо будет снимать или заклеивать телесным пластырем.
- Сережки. Перед выходом на смену их нужно снимать.
- Маникюр. Ногти должны быть коротки и аккуратно пострижены, без лака.
- Распущенные волосы. Они должны быть убраны, а лохматости приглажены.
- Украшения. На руках не должны быть колец, браслетов, часов. Разрешены только обручальные кольца.
- Яркий макияж.
Яркие волосы и тату — разрешены.
Приступаем к работе
В первый рабочий день выдают форму — две футболки, двое брюк, кепку и ремень. Ее обязательно нужно держать в чистоте, перед выходом на смену форму необходимо утюжить.

Вся следующая неделя состоит из обучения на разных станциях. В Макдоналдсе есть определенное разделение на “кухню” и “сервис”. Я расскажу подробно про последнее, так как работала именно там.
“Сервис” включает в себя:
Работу в зале — следить за чистотой столов, собирать подносы, менять мешки в мусорных баках, протирать разные поверхности и в целом следить за состоянием зала.
Table-serves или “обслуживание столика” — при заказе гость может взять номерок-маячок и его заказ будет доставлен прямо к столику. Задача экспедитора, работника этой станции, проверить целостность собранного заказа, быстро (по нормативу за 40-45 секунд) доставить поднос до гостя. Через минуту, работник должен вернуться к гостю, узнать, все ли в порядке с заказом, если посетителю что-то нужно — удовлетворить просьбу и забрать номерок.
Позиция напитков. Задача работника разливать газировку, соки, горячее, а также молочные коктейли и мороженое. Также в обязанность входит поддержание чистоты на станции, чистка кофе машины, залив в нее молока.
Картошка Фри. Несмотря на то, что приготовление картошки логичнее отнести к задачам кухонного работника, на этой станции обычно работают ребята “Сервиса”. Задачи — приготовление картошки фри, картошки по-деревенски, ее фасовка, поддержание чистоты своей станции.
Станция сборки заказов и выдачи. В период наплыва посетителей станция разделяется на “Только сбор” и “Только выдача”. Задача работников собирать правильно заказ, следить чтобы пакеты на вынос, соусы, трубочки и другие приборы не заканчивались, своевременно пополнять их, это в целом универсальная позиция за прилавком, так как менеджер может отправить работника помочь на других станциях. Чаще всего тут работают новички, чтобы всегда находиться под присмотром менеджеров и опытных работников.
Сама ответственная, на мой взгляд, позиция — касса. Работник обслуживает посетителей, помогает с выбором, знакомит со свежими акциями и новинками, но самое главное несет ответственность за деньги в кассе. Перед выходом на смену необходимо расписаться в отчетности, после окончания работы тоже. Касса подсчитывается, за ошибки и не состыковки работника наказывают — заставляют писать объяснительные, лишают премий, за большие суммы могут и уволить.
О работе
Так, какого это, работать в Макдоналдсе? Сложно, но увлекательно. Если вы быстро вливаетесь в коллектив, общительный, харизматичный, многозадачный человек, то вам понравится. Мне было тяжело привыкнуть к такому ритму.
Ресторан, в котором я работала, находился в центре города, популярном у подростков месте, на площади рядом постоянно проводилось множество мероприятий, вокруг находились школы, ВУЗы, два театра и детские центры, так что поток посетителей каждый день был большой. Но было интересно. Я помогала иностранцам разобраться с меню, работала в Новогоднюю ночь, а на день святого Валентина гость пытался подарить мне шоколадку. Но не всегда все шло хорошо. Во время акций наплыв посетителей был очень большой, и мы еле справлялись, иногда я ошибалась во время сборов заказов, пробивала не ту продукцию, стоя на кассе, меня ругали — и менеджеры, и гости.
Сам коллектив в Макдоналдсе хороший. В основном работают студенты, однако есть и взрослые люди, с семьей и детьми. Менеджеры разные, одни добрые и понимающие, другие строгие и требовательные. Обычно их трое на смене и они всегда готовы помочь исправить твои косяки. Атмосфера на работе отличная, сотрудники дружелюбные и поддерживают новичков.

Рабочая смена длится максимум 9 часов и включает в себя от одного до трех перерывов (15 минут+15 минут+30 минут). При трудоустройстве необходимо указать, какой график вам удобнее, в будущем его можно будет корректировать, если временные возможности изменятся. В среднем я работала 4-5 дня в неделю по 8 часов. В Башкирии ставка 146 рублей/час без вычета НДФЛ. Это самая высокая зарплата из всех фаст-фудов, где мне предлагали работу.
Работать тяжело. У компании строгие нормативы о качестве и времени обслуживания клиента. Например, на кассе нужно обслужить гостя за 90 секунд, заказ к столу необходимо вынести за 45 секунд, существует определенные правила общения с посетителями и работниками, практически каждую смену менеджеры спрашивают у тебя знание этих правил и стандартов. Ритм рабочего дня очень быстрый, за прилавком на станции сбора заказа всегда суета. Станция напитков требует высокой многозадачности, несмотря на то, что работает там только один человек, он должен наливать одновременно все необходимые напитки, коктейли, соки, готовить разнообразное мороженое. Работать на станции картошки Фри очень трудно. Ее заказывает каждый второй гость, поэтому нужно успевать, но нельзя готовить слишком много, срок хранения картошки 5 минут, потом она становится невкусной и не соответствует стандарту. А еще над фритюрницей очень жарко, все вокруг в масле и соли. Когда работаешь один в зале, тебе действительно не хватает рук, потому что поддерживать чистоту на двух этажах в одиночку сложно, необходимо убирать тяжелые стопки подносов, таскать большие мусорные мешки, протирать столы, следить за чистотой других поверхностей. Поэтому будьте, уверены простой работы там нет.
Почему я уволилась
Главная причина — учеба, я собиралась сдавать экзамены и поступать. При приеме на работу мне сказали, что берут меня с условием, что я проработаю до августа. Но уже в феврале я поняла, что мне тяжело, что я с трудом тяну такой ритм, приходя домой, у меня не хватает сил готовиться к экзаменам, а они были для меня приоритетом. Поэтому в апреле я твердо решила уволиться. Но мне сказали, что раз я обещала работать до августа, уволить меня они не могут. Я тогда растерялась и сильно расстроилась, потому что оставаться там не собиралась. Поэтому я взяла административный отпуск (без сохранения заработной платы) до середины мая. А уже 17го апреля повсеместно начали вводиться ограничения из-за covid-19, поэтому мой отпуск автоматически продлили, а потом спокойно дали уволиться. Вот так и закончилось это приключение.
Рекомендации
Так, что нужно обязательно знать перед тем, как устроиться в Макдональдс?
- Обязательно подумайте над графиком. Обговорите его на каждом собеседовании, лучше сделать удобный график сразу, чем потом заморачиваться с тем, чтобы его менять.
- Вы будете уставать. Работа тяжелее, чем кажется на первый взгляд. Хотите или нет, придется быть максимально мульти задачным и очень внимательным.
- Удобная обувь. Это очень важно, она не должна быть скользкой, ходить в Маке нужно очень много и очень быстро, поэтому устойчивая обувь поможет вам оставаться на ногах.
- Придется быстро учиться. На обучение на всех базах у вас неделя. Потом вы просто выходите на смену и пытаетесь ничего не испортить. Спойлер — что-то обязательно испортите. Мой первый рабочий день был на кассе, и первому же гостю я пробила совершенно неправильный заказ. Потому что у меня не было времени запомнить расположение продукции на мониторе, но кого это интересовало?
- Вам обязательно нахамят гости. Каким бы дружелюбным, внимательным, осторожным вы не были, найдется тот, кто придумает, за что до вас докопаться.
Но есть и хорошие моменты:
- Возможно, мне повезло, но готовьтесь к приятной атмосфере в коллективе. На смене мы много шутили и всячески поддерживали друг друга в загруженные дни.
- Еда! Сотрудники едят вкусно и за копейки. За обед вычитают меньше ста рублей из зарплаты, а обедаем мы, конечно же, продукцией Макдоналдса.
- Зарплата два раза в месяц, за все время моей работы не было ни одной задержки.
- Нет чувства рутины. Смены не похожи друг на друга, каждый день происходило что-то особенное. Мы поздравляли работников с днем рождения, в Новый год угощали друг друга морковными палочками, приносили торты и пили чай в перерывах, снимали ролик для дня рождения Макдоналдса в нашем городе, помогали друг другу во время проверок, дарили воздушные шары детям, украшали зал утром перед днем Святого Валентина, а однажды меня отправили в Мак на другом конце города, и я отрабатывала смену в совершенно новом месте с незнакомыми мне людьми.
Несмотря на всю сложность, для меня это был действительно удивительный опыт, хороший способ вылезти за границу своего комфорта. Я многому научилась и по-настоящему испытала себя.
