Причём, Россия входит в топ-15 стран, наиболее зависимых от Интернета, сообщает «Газета.RU».
Всемирная сеть стала значительной частью нашей жизни, поэтому без неё сложно представить даже один день. Зависимостью от социальных сетей болеет каждый из нас, но в разной степени.
Симптомы:
- Постоянное желание листать ленту
- Паника, если вы забыли телефон/нет сети
- Взгляд на вещи «через объектив» камеры
- При выполнении работы отвлекаетесь на телефон
Если хотя бы один из этих пунктов относится к вам, то вы «болеете» Инстаграмом.
Эта социальная сеть отнимает большое количество времени. По статистике Rusability, на платформе Инстаграм зарегистрировано 40 миллионов россиян, которые в среднем проводят там по 28 минут в день. Только 36% пользователей заходят в социальную сеть, чтобы «убить время».
Как же влияет Инстаграм на аудиторию в возрасте 16-19 лет? Мы провели эксперимент и попросили выпускника школы №45 им.А.П.Гайдара города Кирова удалить эту социальную сеть на время подготовки к ЕГЭ. Известно, что привычка формируется за 21 день. Смог ли ученик привыкнуть к жизни без Инстаграма? И как это было?

— 11 июня, за три недели до экзамена.
— Что вы чувствовали в первые дни?
— Казалось, что чего-то не хватает, что я выпал из жизни. Друзья писали: «Ты видел истории у тех, у других?», и в эти моменты я чувствовал себя изолированным от всех. Когда у меня что-то не получалось, очень хотелось зайти в Инстаграм, он расслабляет что ли, поэтому часто автоматически нажимал на то место на рабочем столе, где был значок Инстаграма.
— Сейчас, уже после сдачи первых экзаменов, вы можете сказать, принесло ли вам пользу удаление этой социальной сети?
— Я думаю, что да. Большую часть времени я уделял подготовке. Также у меня выработалась полезная привычка – читать новости по утрам. Раньше я листал ленту Инстагарам, где далеко не каждый пост несет какую-то полезную информацию. Сейчас мои фавориты «Медуза» и «Лента.ру».
— Собираетесь ли вы восстанавливать Инстаграм?
— Да, потому что не могу обходиться без новостей. Мне хочется знать, что происходит в жизни друзей или любимых блогеров. Просто теперь я буду стараться использовать эту социальную сеть более осознанно. Нужно всегда задавать себе вопрос «С какой целью я сейчас захожу в Инстаграм?»
Наше небольшое исследование показало, что Инстаграм стал привычкой и даже необходимостью. Он помогает нам не только узнавать новости, но и общаться. Еще одна важная функция этой платформы – развлекательная. Инстаграм стал самой популярной социальной сетью, где используются маски дополнительной реальности.
