К 2023 году в России насчитывается около 150 миллионов граждан, которые принадлежат к 194 различным национальностям. Среди них – такие этносы, как Курманч, Меннониты и Юги, численность которых не превышает 10 человек, и у каждого свои традиции и обычаи. Немногие знают о таких народах России, а тем более об их истории, праздниках, особенностях этнического костюма и языка. Всегда многонациональное государство отличалось своей разнообразной культурой, из-за чего его жителям зачастую было трудно коммуницировать и находить общие точки соприкосновения. До сих пор в России возникают межэтнические конфликты, но с каждым годом их становится меньше благодаря федеральным, региональным СМИ и самим жителям страны.
Вопрос толерантности в большой стране с разнообразием этносов
По данным Росстата, 80% населения Российской Федерации – русские, в большинстве случаев люди славянской внешности. Остальные 20% — татары, башкиры, чуваши, чеченцы, аварцы и коренные малочисленные народы, которые обладают характерными для них визуальными чертами.
Так, один из этносов России – осетины – составляет около 100 тыс. человек, его представители темноволосые и смуглые, из-за чего многие из них сталкиваются с дискриминацией по национальному признаку, хотя по документам являются россиянами.

В 2022 году «MSK1.RU» опубликовал статью студентки журфака МГУ Марии Габисовой о травле и всеобщей неприязни из-за этнической принадлежности к осетинам. Девушка рассказала, как к ней обращались разные люди и судили о ее поступках только по внешности. «Ну, понимаете, к черненьким девочкам просили присматриваться», — вспоминает Мария слова охранницы в школе, которая намекала на то, что осетинка могла устроить теракт. Значит, если акцентируется внимание на обладателях волос, глаз и кожи темного цвета, большинство совершающих преступления в России – это они? Но по данным МВД, представители различных национальностей нарушают закон в 2,5 раза реже, чем русские. Конечно, это не попытка их оправдать, это пример того, что национальность не характеризует человека: честность или лживость, вежливость или грубость – это не признак целого этноса, это отличительная черта каждой личности и следствие ее воспитания. Жители многонационального государства должны понимать, что толерантность ко всем – основа мирного сосуществования. Народы России должны быть сплоченными, а для этого необходимо опровергать стереотипы об определенных национальностях.
Межэтническая журналистика в общественной культуре многонациональной страны
Задача информирования граждан об обширном этническом составе государства, возрождения традиций и адаптации их под современное общество ложится на плечи межэтнических журналистов. Их основная цель сплотить все народы за счет освещения их культурных ценностей.
Крупнейшим медиа-проектом является «Национальный Акцент» под руководством президента гильдии межэтнической журналистики Маргариты Лянге. Его участники курируют множество стартапов, проводят фестивали народных танцев и песен, кино и кухни.

«Национальный Акцент» рассказал о фольклорных проектах, которые получили Президентские гранты от фонда культурных инициатив. Среди них Арктический международный фестиваль «Золотой ворон», где ежегодно проходит кинопоказ и популяризация культурного наследия этносов Крайнего Севера; мобильное приложение «Киберфолк», которое задумано, как самоучитель традиционного пения; опера «Северные Амуры» о башкирских воинах в Отечественной войне 1812 года. Все эти проекты направлены на сближение народов России, их основная цель – доступно и необычно осветить культурные и исторические темы для большого круга людей.

Помимо этого, при поддержке Президентского фонда культурных инициатив проходит проект «ЭтноLife – Звук Евразии». В этом году участие приняли 33 исполнителя из 17 регионов России, в том числе ЛНР, ДНР и Запорожской области. Организатор фестиваля Маргарита Лянге рассказала о том, что с каждым годом количество участников растет, что показывает их готовность интегрироваться в культурную жизнь государства.

Межэтнические СМИ – это не только интеграция в культурную среду, но и возможности для творчества и представления своих талантов во всех областях. Они возрождают традиции, помогают развиваться перспективным исполнителям, художникам, кинематографам и приобщают всех жителей страны к народным обычаям.
Так ли важно чтить народные традиции своего региона?
Несмотря на то, что большее внимание в России уделяется межнациональным вопросам, не стоит забывать и о своей малой Родине и региональных обычаях. Безусловно, в современном мире люди придают меньшее значение традициям, чем в предыдущие столетия. Сейчас практически невозможно отличить петербуржца от москвича или ярославца от костромича, потому что большинство жителей России придерживаются сходного стиля в одежде, отмечают международные праздники и даже соблюдают традиции других этносов, забывая о своих.
Но всего несколько веков назад, взглянув на человека, можно было сразу понять, откуда он. В рамках празднования Дня фольклора 17 июля в Туле открылась выставка этнографического костюма различных регионов России XIX-XX столетий, где представлена коллекция исследователя русского народного костюма Сергея Глебушкина. Гости могут узнать об особенностях элементов одежды жителей Воронежа, Липецка, Курска, Архангельска, Рязани, о том, что символизировали орнаменты и какие материалы и техники использовались при пошиве.

Конечно, не только народные костюмы помогали определить принадлежность к конкретной губернии, но и род деятельности людей и угощения на столе. В Костромской области до конца лета будет работать ярмарка «Дорогами народных традиций», на которой можно познакомиться с кухней Галича и Волгореченска, отведать традиционного чая из разнотравья и попробовать себя в гончарном деле – основном промысле этих мест.
В Воронеже 16 июля состоялся фестиваль «Воронеж фольклорный», где гости узнали о народных играх, послушали традиционные песни, научились плетению оберегов и увидели работы мастеров из области: кожевников и резчиков по дереву.

Во многих городах России прошли мероприятия, посвященные Дню фольклора, и все они были нацелены не только на сохранение народных традиций, но и на поднятие патриотизма и изучение истории своего родного края. Обычаи и быт каждой области различны, и именно они несколько столетий назад сформировали менталитет жителей, стали фундаментом, на котором до сих пор держится общество, поэтому так важно не забывать об истоках и культуре своего региона.
В многонациональной стране бок о бок могут жить несколько этносов, исповедующих различные религии, говорящих на различных языках, имеющих различные традиционные блюда.
