Статья не направлена на освещение архитектуры Беларуси, ее задача – обратить внимание читателей на существующие проблемы, которые можно и нужно решить, доказать почему важно сохранять исторические объекты и почему строительство новых зданий не есть всегда хорошо.
Беларусь – государство в центральной Европе, в котором успешно сочетаются ценности и особенности западной и советской архитектуры. Тогда почему с таким разнообразным архитектурным наследством мы часто получаем сомнительные современные здания, а многие поистине достойные объекты забываются.
Связь истории и архитектуры
Если начинать со значительного развития архитектуры на белорусских землях, то нужно посетить средневековье. Свои следы западная архитектура оставила еще в годы существования Великого Княжества Литовского вплоть до развала Речи Посполитой (первая столица ВКЛ была на территории современной Беларуси в городе Новогрудок, где в 1246 году короновался первый король Княжества – Миндовг, белорусские земли тоже входили в состав этих государств). За годы существования ВКЛ И РП свое развитие получили разные стили: готика, романский, барокко, что уже указывает на разнообразие белорусской архитектуры.

Не будем забывать про белорусские замки: Мирский и Несвижский замки были занесены в список наследия ЮНЕСКО. Каждому желающему открывается шанс почувствовать себя гостем средневекового замка. Проникнитесь просторами замка, изучите жизнь влиятельных магнатов. Политические изменения полностью въелись в белорусские земли(после распада РП с 1795 года Беларусь находилась под влиянием Российской империи, что не в малой степени повлияло на архитектуру). На Беларуси начал развиваться псевдорусский стиль.
Не успело население опомниться от новых стилей, как наступили новые перемены – к власти пришли большевики, и не за горами был Советский Союз. Он подарил интересные и уникальные архитектурные стили: конструктивизм, сталинский ампир и советский модернизм, но не забыл оставить за собой пласт печальных панелек. Причем Минску удалось успешно сохранить величие и блеск сталинского ампира. Достаточно только выйти с ЖД вокзала как перед тобой откроются две помпезных башни «Ворота Минска», а впереди растелится парадный проспект Независимости. Неспроста известный российский журналист и урбанист Илья Варламов называл Минск, городом с советской открытки.

После распада СССР, Беларусь вышла на самостоятельный путь развития, поэтому требовались новые решения. Сегодня Беларусь стремится разнообразить архитектуру, только вот упор преимущественно идет на столицу.
Заместитель председателя Белорусского союза архитекторов, член-корреспондент Международной академии архитектуры Михаил Гаухфельд утверждает: «Сегодня одной из главных задач развития города становится даже не новое строительство, а содержание и обновление созданного за предыдущие периоды. И тут есть проблемы».
Могу сказать, что архитектура развивается медленными шагами. Наблюдаются интересные объекты «Новая Боровая» тому пример. Здесь архитекторы попытались внедрить современные тенденции европейской застройки: дворы-парки, неповторимость зданий, собственная полеклиника – всё это ново для Беларуси. Уйти от сомнительных объектов пока у нас не получается, в городах часто принимаются непонятные решения. Многие из белорусов могут вспомнить неоднозначный комплекс «Kempenski». Выходит, что смена истории видоизменяет специфику архитектуры. При этом где-то в глубинке крошатся кирпичи забытого прошлого. Тогда почему необходимо сохранять исторические объекты, а новые здания не могут стать их достойной заменой?
Мы создаем дома, а дома создают нас
Архитектура – часть культуры любой страны. Исторические здания нужны не только для того, чтобы сохранить вид города , они нужны для того, чтобы подчеркнуть индивидуальность жизни прошлых поколений. Архитектура нам помогает понять лучше своих предков, поскольку до каждого здания мы можем дотронуться, почувствовать его материал, оценить собственными глазами. Архитектуру можно назвать своеобразным проводником между прошлым и настоящим. Разве неинтересно наблюдать как меняются поколения, а здания, повлиявшие на ход истории, остаются на своем месте. Дом Ждановоча на Захарьевской улице, где проходил первый съезд РСДРП тому образец.
Сохранились три известных качества для каждого архитектора – триада Витрувия: прочность, польза красота. У современных зданий это правило нарушается чаще всего ради экономии, причем пренебрегая красотой и прочностью зданий. Исторические объекты же не лишены этих трех достоинств, на их создания было потрачено много времени. Сейчас основная задача застройщика, как можно быстрее построить жилой комплекс, чтобы закрыть спрос у желающих. Прочность стала не столь важным критерием, потому что необходимо экономить на материалах. Большая часть зданий ничем не выделяется, вот только внешний вид неуклонно влияет на психику человека. Ежедневно мы проходим мимо серых коробчатых хрущевок, но стоит только пройти мимо исторического центра города, как тут же хочется остановиться и осмотреть фасад. В статье BBC Future “Скрытые способы, которыми архитектура влияет на ваше самочувствие” упоминается квартал типового домостроения жилой комплекс Pruitt-Igoe 1950-х годов, ставший полноценным примером влияния архитектуры на наш мозг. Со временем квартал заполонила грязь, он превратился в гетто. У властей оставалось единственное верное решение – снести его. И все бы ничего, время типовых застроек прошло, пора следовать современным тендециям архитектуры, но если мы посмотрим вокруг, что увидим? Типовые застройки, оригинальных строений мало. Необязательно ехать за границу, достаточно просто посмотреть в поиске браузера примеры комфортных домов у наших западных соседей.

Однотипность – главная проблема белорусских городов
Начиная с 60-х годов в Советских Республиках началась массовая застройка однотипных домов. Затем добавилось постановление ЦК КПСС 1986, по которомукаждая семья должна была получить отдельное жилье. Следовательно экономия на строительных материалах была вынуждена, об разнобразии и эстетическом удовольствии в эти года точно никто не думал. Панельки стали своебразным символом ушедшего СССР. Так в интернете даже появился интернет-мем «Думер». Через образ апатичного одинокого человека передается безнадежная эстетика советских панелек, выражение: «В каждой шутке есть доля правды» в этом случае подходит как никогда.
Они заполняют большую часть жилья в Беларуси, а маленькие города любят их с особенным трепетом. Увидеть в таких городах любой исторический объект – целое достижение, сразу захочется осмотреть и узнать о нем как можно больше. Запущенные уникальные исторические объекты – вот что заставляет сердце обливаться кровью. Беларусь не большая страна, но ее история несомненно, великая. В качестве примера возьму два запустевших объекта. Один из них «Костел Девы Марии в Смолянах» , который относится к стилю виленского барокко и пребывает не в лучшем состоянии. Учитывая полуразрушенное состояние, храм остается не менее благовеличным. Чтобы хоть как-то защищать храм от непрошенных гостей в лице вандалов, местные жители обгородили его забором и закрыли вход.

Более узнаваемый архитектурный объект – надежная Бобруйская крепость, которая успела себя проявить и во время войны1812 года, востания декабристов , и в период ВОВ. Примечательно, что здесь было соверешно неудачное покушение на российсого императора Александра І по Бобруйскому плану. Сегодня за крепостью присматривают, но никаких особых реставраций нет, а ведь она легко могла бы стать визитной карточкой города. Проблема в том, что о таких местах знает очень мало людей, они не популяризированы.
Все ли так плохо?
Нет, поэтому можно выдохнуть. Нужно помнить, что скудность белоруской архитектуры обусловлена рядом причин. Послевоенное время стало весовым испытанием для всех жителей страны. Многие города были разрушены, Минск строили почти с нуля. В городе почти не осталось живого места. Необходимо было быстрыми темпами вернуть город в прежний вид, сделать это удалось. Основным украшением города стал Сталинский проспект (Независимости). Встал вопрос о выгодном жилье, проблема была решена во всех городах строительством типовых панелек. Радует, что власти пытаются защищать и реконструировать заброшенные объекты. Ежегодно виден прогресс реставраций и реконструкций. Наиболее известые: Замковый комплекс «Мир», «Cтарый замок в Гродно» , «Дворец Пусловских в Коссово», работа над которым еще продолжается. Люди не хотят забывать историческое наследие, они своими силами стараются изменить ситуацию. Героиня видеоматериала от Onliner Ириана Шиян «Бросила США и купила целую деревню в Беларуси» , решила собственными cилами остановить разложение старой деревушки в Нарочанском районе. Радует, что подобных людей не мало, а значит многие понимают ценность архитектуры. Прошлый год был объявлен годом «Исторической памяти», что кардинально повлияло на узнаваемость исторических объектов. Но единое гражданское общество слабое, люди действуют по одиночке.
Из интервью Onliner с главным архитектором проектов в Проектном управлении «Минскпромстрой» Ильей Яцевичем. “Общественные обсуждения — это скорее голосование: нравится проект, который был составлен в большинстве своем без учета их пожеланий и интересов, или нет”.
Но яркий момент проявления гражданского общества – ситуация с Осмоловкой. Много лет велись споры горожан с чиновниками. Сама Осмоловка представляет из себя послевоенную застройку в центре города, то есть целый уникальный исторический район. С 2019-го года микрорайон стал охранной историко-культурной зоной, жители смогли отстоять свои права.
Сегодня власти продолжают восстанавливать исторические объекты. В 2023 году в эксплуатацию должен ввестись бывший коллегиум иезуитов в деревне Юровичи. Но всем необходимо помнить, что чем дольше мы медлим, тем быстрее разваливаются другие не меенее притягательные архитектурные объекты.
