По данным Минпросвещения России, в 2023 году ЕГЭ сдавали более 700 тысяч выпускников. Примерно такое же число выходит в сумме за год обучения в Высшей школе экономики. Более 25 тысяч выпускников стремятся получить высшее образование в ВШЭ, а также в МГУ и РАНХиГС. Для поступления в престижные учебные заведения на бюджет нужно сдать каждый предмет минимум на 90 баллов. Учиться на платной основе слишком дорого — по данным Forbes, так считает почти половина российских абитуриентов. Поэтому выпускники весь год усердно готовятся к экзаменам ради своей цели — поступить на бюджет в вуз мечты.
Как на самом деле проходит подготовка к ЕГЭ у школьников и что помогает справляться им с таким количеством стресса? Я взяла интервью у своих одноклассников, которые расскажут про свои ощущения при подготовке к экзаменам.
Никита в этом году сдавал профильную математику, информатику и русский язык. Он рассказал мне о своих ощущениях после года подготовки к ЕГЭ:
— Что ты чувствовал при подготовке к ЕГЭ весь год? Было ли давление со стороны учителей и родителей?
— готовиться было трудно, потому что в школе требовали знание всех предметов, и из-за того, что приходилось делать упор и на них, а не только на те, которые я сдавал, времени на отдых вообще не было. Учителя твердили, что если мы не сдадим на 80+ все предметы, то никуда не поступим и будем работать дворниками. Родители были такого же мнения. В течение года я не чувствовал с их стороны никакой поддержки. Казалось, что им был интересен не я, я только моя подготовка к ЕГЭ и оценки в школе.
— Какие ощущения были за неделю до первого экзамена?
— В течение года казалось, что до экзаменов еще далеко. Когда оставалась неделя, пришло осознание того, что все это очень серьезно. От полученных результатов зависит дальнейшее поступление, поэтому был страх перед неизвестностью: никто не знал, чего ожидать от составителей ЕГЭ в этом году. Больше всего мы боялись, когда шли на экзамен по профильной математике, потому что этот предмет считается одним из самых сложных. Последняя неделя была самой сложной морально и физически, так как ты пытаешься выучить за это время то, до чего не доходили руки в течение всего года, и при этом не сойти с ума от количества информации в голове. Поэтому главный совет выпускникам: готовьтесь заранее!
— Как ты справлялся со стрессом во время подготовки и сдачи экзаменов?
— В небольших перерывах между подготовкой к разным предметам я старался находить время для общения с близкими людьми. Меня поддерживали бабушка с дедушкой. Я благодарен им за моральную помощь в такой непростой период моей жизни. Также на выходных я старался разгружаться и видеться с друзьями. Мы общались, веселились, шутили. Это помогало мне отвлекаться и не думать об экзаменах хотя бы некоторое время.
Оля сдавала обществознание, английский язык, русский язык и базовую математику. Она поделилась со мной своими ощущениями после сдачи экзаменов:
— Что ты чувствовала после того, как сдала последний экзамен?
— Я почувствовала облегчение, потому что осознала, что все это закончилось. Оставалось дождаться результатов, что было для многих стрессом, так как все, начиная от друзей и заканчивая учителями и родителями ждут от тебя хороших баллов. Самое сложное для меня – это обществознание и английский. Эти предметы по статистике сдает большинство выпускников, и многие получают не очень хорошие результаты. Было страшно не оправдать надежды окружающих. Но самое главное – это свобода. Теперь можно было заниматься любимыми делами и отдыхать после такого напряженного и сложного года.
— Как ты считаешь, можно ли справиться с таким стрессом самому или лучше обратиться за помощью к психологу?
— Конечно, большую роль играет окружение. Повезло тем, у кого понимающие родители и друзья, которые могут поддержать. Вообще все зависит от человека. Кто-то сильный духом и может сам справиться со всеми трудностями, без поддержи от кого-либо. Кто-то слишком чувствительный и принимает все близко к сердцу. Таким людям, конечно, лучше обратиться к специалисту, потому что здоровье превыше всего. Совет: если вы чувствуете, что не справляетесь, понимаете, что случилось выгорание, вы устали и больше ничего не хочется – обратитесь к психологу. Ваше моральное состояние правда очень важно.
— Как ты справлялась со стрессом во время подготовки и сдачи ЕГЭ?
— Меня поддерживали родители. Они сказали мне, что даже если я не очень хорошо сдам экзамены, то все равно поступлю в вуз, который мне нравится на коммерческую основу. Когда готовилась, то не хваталась за все и сразу. Разбирала темы по порядку. Также старалась каждую неделю хотя бы один день выделять на отдых и посвящала его любимым занятиям.
Стресс во время подготовки к экзаменам – естественное явление. Все мы переживаем, так как боимся неизвестности, боимся не оправдать чьих-то ожиданий, за свое будущее. Важно следить за тем, как вы себя чувствуете, вовремя останавливаться и отдыхать. ЕГЭ не определяет вас как личность, помните об этом. Если вы чувствуете, что запутались, постоянно ощущаете усталость и грусть, то лучше обратиться к психологу, потому что моральное и физическое состояние намного важнее ЕГЭ.
