Скучная школьная программа, обязательное получение образования в престижном университете, нелюбимая работа на “дядечку”, жизнь от выходных до выходных и стабильная ежемесячная зарплата, которая никак не соответствует твоим личным ожиданиям и амбициям. Именно так современный перспективный подросток видит своё будущее, в котором он решит работать на “кого-то”. Но пришло время, когда начал развиваться рынок фриланса, а с этим и стремление молодого поколения покорить его.
ЧТО ГОВОРИТ СТАТИСТИКА?
Действительно ли возможность работать на себя кажется молодежи более заманчивой, чем должность в государственной системе? Чтобы проверить правдивость этого мнения и откуда пошла такая тенденция, я провела собственный социальный опрос на личной странице в Instagram среди людей, возраст которых варьируется от 15 до 25 лет. На вопрос: “Задумывались ли вы когда-нибудь о том, чтобы работать в будущем фрилансером или стать индивидуальным предпринимателем?” – лишь 70 % ответило положительно. Однако на вопрос о том, хотят ли они работать на себя, 95% ответило “да”. Такой результат свидетельствует о потребности молодежи в профессиональной независимости, а также подтверждает, что их небольшая часть не понимает и не знает способы реализации этого желания.
Дело в том, что “работать на себя” звучит не только престижно и прибыльно, но и легко. Сам себе начальник и сам себе подчиненный. Сам назначаешь себе отпуск и выстраиваешь удобный график. Но мало кто понимает, что за этим стоит большой груз ответственности и немыслимое количество “побочных” обязанностей. Если опять обратиться к моему личному опросу, то 100% опрашиваемых считаю фриланс и ИП наиболее прибыльными, чем работу на гос-во или частное лицо. А мнение участников насчет вопроса “что, на ваш взгляд, легче: фриланс и ИП или работа на кого-то” разделилось: 48 % считают, что работать на кого-то легче, чем на себя, остальные 52% думают иначе.
Фриланс и ИП кажутся очень и очень оправданной перспективой, звучит красиво, но каково “на вкус”? Если постараться и познакомиться с кухней обоих способов для самостоятельного профессионального развития, можно найти ряд весомых плюсов и серьёзных минусов. Пойдем по порядку.
ЧТО ТАКОЕ ФРИЛАНС?
Фриланс представляет собой свободную работу без обязательств перед кем-то. Фрилансер сам предлагает свои онлайн-услуги или занимает место на бирже. Фриланс особенно распространён в таких областях деятельности, как журналистика (и другие формы деятельности, связанные с написанием текстов), юриспруденция, компьютерное программирование, архитектура, дизайн во всех его проявлениях (реклама, веб-дизайн, дизайн интерьера и т. д.), перевод, фото- и видеосъёмка, разного рода экспертная и консультационная деятельность, однако фриланс также сильно распространён в строительной области.
Плюсы:
- Свободный график работы (что очень удобно для студентов);
- Возможность работать дома (что особенно актуально для молодых мам и маломобильных категорий граждан, а также для людей, имеющих проблемы со здоровьем);
- Сравнительно низкий порог для организации собственного бизнеса (у фрилансера часто нет необходимости тратить деньги на аренду офиса, на ежедневные транспортные расходы, хотя для выполнения некоторых видов работ, например, фотографии, приходится на собственные средства покупать дорогостоящее оборудование);
- Выполнение только своей работы;
- Часто, но не всегда — максимально комфортные условия труда: персонализированное рабочее место, одежда, температурный режим, питание и др;
- Создание оптимального баланса между работой и семьёй;
- Возможность большего участия в общественной жизни;
- Возможность самостоятельно выбирать работу и отказываться от выполнения неинтересных, невыгодных проектов;
- Возможность самостоятельно выбирать партнеров, а не подстраиваться под сложившийся коллектив.
Минусы:
- Необходимо постоянно самостоятельно искать новые заказы, что связано с затратами времени, а иногда и с прямыми финансовыми затратами (оплата услуг специализированных фриланс-сайтов, рекламы и пр.);
- Доход крайне неравномерен в сравнении с системой аванс/расчёт при работе в штате, требуется умение планировать личный бюджет;
- Возможны проблемы с одобрением заявок на банковские кредиты;
- Для некоторых психологических типов личностей это может оказаться более нервным стилем работы, нежели работа в штате компании;
- Необходимость самому вести бухгалтерию и платить налоги;
- Требуются дополнительные усилия для самомотивации и управления временем;
- Отсутствие каких-либо социальных гарантий;
- В некоторых случаях необходимость самостоятельной оплаты медицинской страховки;
- В зависимости от типа пенсионной системы государства фрилансер или вовсе не будет иметь пенсии по старости или будет получать минимальную пенсию или же вынужден сам платить взносы в пенсионный фонд;
- В законодательствах, где определена ответственность за тунеядство, возможные проблемы с законом по причине отсутствия официального трудоустройства или налоговых отчислений;
- Если фрилансер не декларирует свои доходы и не уплачивает подоходный налог, возможны проблемы с законом в большинстве юрисдикций мира.
- Высок риск мошенничества или иных недобросовестных действий со стороны работодателя при которых фрилансеру будет непросто доказать сам факт наличия договорных отношений (если договор заключается в устной форме или через интернет-ресурсы, где невозможно идентифицировать стороны сделки).
ЧТО ТАКОЕ ИНДИВИДУАЛЬНОЕ ПРЕДПРИНИМАТЕЛЬСТВО?
Чтобы получить статус индивидуального предпринимателя, необходимо зарегистрироваться в законном порядке как лицо, совершающее предпринимательскую деятельность. Это гораздо сложнее и дороже, чем фриланс, зато имеет ряд привилегий, в особенности, возможность создать свой бизнес.
Статус ИП имеет следующие преимущества по сравнению с регистрацией собственного предприятия:
- Упрощённость процессов создания и ликвидации бизнеса;
- Свободное использование собственной выручки;
- Не нужна печать в любых документах, за исключением бланков строгой отчётности (но не включая проездные билеты) или если в тексте нормативно-правового акта указано обязательное заверение печатью;
- Не платится налог на имущество, используемое в предпринимательской деятельности, но лишается льгот при реализации имущества, предусмотренные для обычных физических лиц;
- Упрощенный порядок ведения учета результатов хозяйственной деятельности и предоставления внешней отчетности;
- Упрощенный порядок принятия решений (не требуется собраний, протоколов и т. п.);
- Не нужно регистрировать в налоговой каждое обособленное подразделение (требуется уведомление местного налогового органа только при применении ЕНВД, патента в ином субъекте РФ или торгового сбора);
- Свободная трата денег без дополнительного налогообложения;
- Может использовать в предпринимательской деятельности счёт и банковские карты, оформленные на физическое лицо.
Минусы:
- Отвечает по обязательствам своим имуществом, при этом Налоговый кодекс разрешает списывать задолженность ИП с его личных банковских вкладов и счетов;
- Не может получать некоторые лицензии;
- Согласно сложившейся практике, некоторые крупные компании отказываются работать с ИП;
- Не подходит для совместного ведения бизнеса;
- Требуется постоянное личное участие, так как нельзя назначить «директора»;
- Отчисления на социальное страхование идут только исходя из МРОТ;
- После вступления в силу «Соглашения между Европейским Сообществом и Россией об облегчении выдачи виз» в 2007 г. любая российская фирма может на своем бланке выписать так называемое «Обращение на въезд в Российскую Федерацию», которое заменяет «Приглашение» для граждан Евросоюза, оформлять которое достаточно сложно и долго. Это «Обращение» является достаточным документом для получения российской визы на 2-5 лет. Российский индивидуальный предприниматель выписать такое «Обращение» не может;
- После вступления в силу Приказа ФСБ № 458 от 10.09.2007 «Об утверждений правил пограничного режима» любая фирма вправе выписать своим сотрудникам командировки, которые вместе со внутренним паспортом этого работника являются достаточными документами для пропуска в любую точку погранзоны России. Оформлять пропуск в ФСБ в этом случае не нужно. Российский индивидуальный предприниматель такой возможностью по отношению к своим работникам не обладает;
- Недостаточная правовая защищённость при временной нетрудоспособности;
- При смерти индивидуальный предприниматель автоматически прекращает деятельность.
Доберемся до сути
После того, как мы разобрались со способами, как начать работать на себя, изучили меню и оборудование этой кухни, стоит уделить внимание коронному блюду этого заведения – мнению человека, который непосредственно связан с бизнесом. Для этого я примерила на себя роль интервьюера и задала пару вопросов касаемо этой темы Юрию Борисову – индивидуальному предпринимателю со стажем более 10 лет, владельцу сети СТО:
Вы с самого начала хотели заниматься ИП или приняли это решение в более зрелом возрасте?
– Стал задумываться об этом после окончания института, поскольку образование, которое я получил, прямо или косвенно было связано с бизнесом.
На ваш взгляд, это тяжелее, чем работать на государство или частные компании?
– Ну, смотря, где ты работаешь, с чем сравнивать. Можешь сидеть в офисе, а можешь пахать в шахте. Опять же, зависит о того, каким бизнесом заниматься. Кто-то один работает дома, сайт пишет и потом его продает, а кто-то компанию создает по написанию сайтов с составом 100 человек, и ему сложнее в 100 раз, чем тому, кто один работает.
Какими качествами, по вашему мнению, должен обладать будущий ИП, чтобы рассчитывать на успех в своем деле?
– Упорством и целеустремленностью. Без этого никак. Сделаешь 90 % работы, первый провал и большинство сдается, хотя успех рядом.
Прежде чем начать работать на себя, стоит ли попробовать себя в должности подчиненного?
-Можно попробовать. Понять, что не хочешь работать на чужого дядю. Или понять, как устроена структура бизнеса. Заработать денег на старт, если получится.
Всегда ли успех какого-либо бизнеса зависит от стартового капитала?
-Тут как посмотреть. В моем случае, денег не было больших, все постепенно сами зарабатывали, без кредитов и чужих денег. А если бы нам дали сразу большую сумму, неизвестно, что было бы. Либо все потеряли, либо сразу бы поднялись.
И последний вопрос. Какой совет вы бы дали представителям молодого поколения, которые хотели бы стать ИП или заняться бизнесом?
– Пробовать и ещё раз пробовать. Не бояться. Нет рецепта успеха, все приходит с опытом.
Занятие фрилансом, индивидуальным предпринимательством, собственным бизнесом – это тяжкий труд, который под силу только трудолюбивым энтузиастам. Молодое поколение стремится избавить себя от профессиональной зависимости и долгого карьерного роста и это стоит поощрять. Но также важно дать им понимание того, что любая работа – это вложение огромного количества времени и жизненных ресурсов, поэтому не стоит думать, что “работа на себя” сможет облегчить существование и позволить лениться.

First of all I would like to say awesome blog! I had a quick question in which I’d
