О чем этот рейтинг?
В лонг-лист попали россияне и люди из стран СНГ, которые достигли высот в своем деле, продолжают его развивать, и получают большой доход. Рейтинг формируется редакторами сайта Forbes с помощью экспертов-предпринимателей, управленцев, инвесторов, имеющих вес в той или иной сфере.
У каждого номинанта есть уникальная история, которая показывает, как появилась идея, с чего все начиналось, и что привело в Forbes.
С 16 лет молодые люди начинают искать пути самореализации, дело, которым интересно заниматься и которое может приносить доход. Вопросов много и один из них:
«Как найти «свое» дело?»
Проанализируй интересы, выдели то, чем хотелось бы заниматься, что приносит удовольствие. Алексей Белянкин увлекся видеоиграми в третьем классе, когда родители купили ему приставку Sega. Из-за нового хобби круглый отличник впервые «схватил» четверку. Тогда родители изъяли подарок «с большим скандалом». Сейчас он основатель стартапа по повышению геймерских навыков Legionfarm. В 2020-м Legionfarm прошел акселерацию в одном из самых престижный акселераторов США YCombinator. Проект Белянкина привлек $7,5 млн венчурных инвестиций за последние два года и ежемесячно генерирует более $1 млн выручки и более 1200 активных рабочих мест для геймеров. Или Дмитрий Sh1ro Соколов, 19-летний игрок в CS:GO. Дмитрий играет в CS:GO с семи лет. В феврале 2021 года в составе Gambit Esports участвовал в международном турнире IEM Katowice 2021. Призовой фонд чемпионата составил $1 млн. Команда заняла первое место. Соколов заработал $80 000, а также звание «самого ценного игрока» (MVP).

Растущим стартапом заинтересовался Альфа-банк и в конце 2020 года предложил Высоцкому купить 100% компании. Тот согласился. 26 февраля 2021-го стороны закрыли сделку. По оценкам Forbes, покупка «Нетмонет» обошлась Альфа-банку примерно в $4 млн. Следующая история может быть известна некоторым по выпуску Юрия Дудя, который набрал более 5 млн просмотров — в 2017 году Сергею Нугаеву и Александру Братчикову пришла идея «делать образование в регионах», потому что «в Москве и Петербурге уже все есть» . За несколько месяцев вместе они провели бесплатные курсы по программированию для детей в четырех регионах России. После интервью на Ютубе организации пожертвовали более 1 млн рублей.

В общем понимании это крупная сумма, которая в молодом возрасте есть не у каждого: «Как достать пару миллионов, я ведь не предприниматель, а только собираюсь им стать!». Без паники. Виталий Александров, основатель компании Out of Cloud и Food Rocket, в 20 лет открыл это CRM-агентство вложив 15 000 рублей. Через 5 лет выручка достигла 20 млн рублей. Сейчас Out of Cloud — один из лидеров российского рынка CRM-маркетинга в России. Среди клиентов агентства «Сбер», Panasonic и JBL. Не обязательно с самого начала привлекать большие деньги, можно начать даже с вложений в размере 500 рублей. Так делала Анастасия Файзуленова. В 2014 году у метро «Шаболовская» открыла школу танцев в зале, который арендовала за 500 рублей в час. Сейчас она основатель сервиса по управлению здоровьем Checkme. Он работает, по собственным данным, с 1800 клиниками и лабораториями. Среди клиентов сервиса — Тинькофф Банк, «Ингосстрах», YouDo, «Кухня на Районе» и другие компании.
«У меня не так много возможностей, как могло быть, потому что
я живу в маленьком городе. Что делать?»
Не отчаиваться. Эти условия — не рамки, они не ограничат ваши амбиции и желание. Глеб Харитонов родился в Архангельске, в 10 лет переехал в Ярославль, где отучился на менеджера. В октябре 2020 года Briskly привлек $2 млн, на эти средства стартап рассчитывает открыть два полноформатных магазина в Москве под своим брендом и выйти за рубеж. «Я родился и вырос в маленьком городе и примером для меня служили родители, тоже предприниматели».

Помни, что развиваться можно с любого уровня — где бы ни находился и чем бы ни занимался. Главное — действовать, рассматривать любые возможности. Как Денис Глазин, который в 11 классе устроился на первую работу — продавцом-консультантом в сувенирный магазин. Не окончил университет, потому что однажды одолжил собаку для съемки клипа Little Big и через год стал директором группы и лейбла. Напомню, он просто одолжил собаку. А Екатерина Аксман, которая в 19 лет стала подрабатывать официанткой в местном караоке-баре, через год стала менеджером этого заведения, еще через год — банкетным менеджером, в 22 года — заместителем директора. В 23 года перешла на позицию директора новосибирского ресторана в Burger King в Новосибирске. Через год ее назначили территориальным управляющим фастфудной сети в Сибири. В 2019 году пришла в Papa John’s на позицию старшего территориального управляющего по Москве. За полтора года в компании доросла до позиции руководителя операционного штаба по корпоративной (не франчайзинговой) сети в России. В ее руководстве находится отдел по видеонаблюдению и операционной поддержке российских ресторанов Papa John’s. Долгий, но прямой путь по карьерной лестнице. Главное — стремление и упорство. Не убедила? Посмотрим на историю Иманбека Зейкенова (Imanbek). Да, тот диджей, который в 2019 году создал ремикс на трек Roses рэпера SAINt JHN. Он работал сигналистом на железной дороге. Музыкальная карьера началась с ремиксов, созданных с помощью старых наушников и ноутбука на Windows 7. Свое творчество Иманбек выкладывал в группу в «ВКонтакте».
