Однако в России совершенно другой менталитет, поэтому данная процедура происходит весьма проблематично. Абитуриенты готовы поступить в любой ВУЗ, чтобы не подвергаться давлению со стороны родителей. Также на них давит школа, которая составляет списки, поступивших на платное и бюджетное отделения. Поэтому большинство бывших учеников бояться осуждения со стороны педагогов, которые часто обсуждают это с коллегами или же с учениками. Поступление в колледж или в ВУЗ является чем-то обязательным, хотя в современном обществе при приеме на работу давно уже смотрят не на образование, а обращают внимание на навыки и опыт работы.
Я решила взять интервью у девушки, которая брала gap year в 2018-2019 году, чтобы узнать так ли это страшно, как нам рассказывают, так сказать , посмотреть на внутреннюю кухню этого явления. Екатерина Михайлова поступила в институт через год и сейчас заканчивает 1 курс по направлению «Фармацевтика» в МГМУ им.Сеченова.
Привет! Расскажешь нам о своем опыте? Был ли у тебя вариант взять gap year изначально, или он появился после того, как ты увидела результаты экзамена?
—Привет! Такой вариант появился после результатов, поскольку в хорошие вузы со своими баллами я не проходила. Поэтому встал выбор — идти в «средний» ВУЗ или потратить год на целенаправленную подготовку.
-Как отнеслись к этому твои близкие?
-Родители сами уговорили меня не поступать в этом году и настаивали на GAP YEAR.
-Чем ты занималась этот год? Считаешь ли ты, что это ценный опыт?
—Я готовилась пересдавать некоторые предметы и устроилась на работу. Да, я наступила на свои грабли самоуверенности, поняла, что для результата нужен труд. Теперь у меня есть полноценный опыт официального трудоустройства со всякими юридическими вытекающими — для меня это очень ценно, такому в школе не учат.
-Назови плюсы и минусы gap year:
+ возможность изучить прелести взрослой жизни без серьезных последствий;
+ отдых от 11 лет непрерывного труда, ибо в ВУЗе ждет то же самое, а в некоторых нагрузка ещё больше;
+ более осознанная и глубокая подготовка к профильным предметам;
+ есть время на себя и на свое саморазвитие;
— для некоторых людей это может быть только во вред, ибо они будут откладывать подготовку, ссылаясь на количество времени, которое пролетит незаметно;
— парней могут забрать в армию;
— без должного уровня самодисциплины человек может утонуть в омуте лени и расхлябанности.
—Поменялось ли что-то в твоем восприятии мира? Может, ты что-то переосмыслила?
— Да, я поняла, что чудес не бывает, при подготовке для получения должного результата нужна система, а ошибки иногда кардинально могут изменять твою жизнь, ибо большинство одноклассников уже учились, когда я только готовилась сдавать ЕГЭ.
—Разделяешь ли ты мнение, что выпускники, отложившие поступление на год, более осознано относятся к своему выбору?
-Думаю, да, ибо в РФ это чаще ребята, которым не хватило баллов на желанный факультет, и они просто работают на пути к своей цели, это будет полезно тем, кто реально осознанно подошел к выбору своего будущего.
-Как ты думаешь стоит ли школьникам брать этот дополнительный год?
-Все индивидуально, если и брать год, то при выпуске из школы не писать профильных экзаменов, потому что знания забываются, а конкурсная ситуация в ВУЗах постоянно меняется. Ребенок может спокойно готовиться к ЕГЭ, не кипя в супе из кучи ненужных предметов, а в свободное время занимать собой физически и духовно. Но в таком деле важна самодисциплина
-Какие бы слова ты бы хотела сказала будущим абитуриентам?
-Во-первых, выбирая свою будущую профессию, не думайте о престижности ВУЗа. Изучите все аспекты, подумайте над её нужностью и актуальностью. Также важно верить в свои силы, усердно трудиться и тогда точно любой труд будет вознагражден)
