Привет! Меня зовут Даша, мне 18 лет, и я – репетитор по английскому языку. Вот уже два года преподаю маленьким детям английский язык. Как говорится, «воюю» по обе стороны баррикад: учусь и помогаю учиться. Уверена, что каждый школьник хотя бы раз в жизни ходил к репетитору. Чей-то опыт оказался удачным, а кому-то пришлось пожалеть о потраченных деньгах и нервах. Сегодня на некоторых примерах из моей практики разберемся, как настроить отношения с репетитором на нужный лад и получать максимум пользы от урока, даже если вы плохо знаете выбранный предмет.
Итак, начнем с моего любимого примера — произношение! Каких только акцентов я не встречала у своих подопечных! И , что удивительно, все они практикуются в пределах моего поселка. Здесь и любимый русский “кукУмбер” вместо “cucumber (огурец)”, и «нихьт» вместо «night (ночь)» на немецкий манер, и французское ударение на последний слог в слове «important (важный)» так, что слышится «импотЭнт». Ну и мой любимый пример — девочка 9 лет, как истинный рэпер из гетто, никак не могла отучиться говорить «йоу» вместо «eye (глаз)». Каждый раз, когда мои ученики по случайности перевирают произношение того или иного слова, я спокойно их поправляю, и мы продолжаем занятие. Ошибаться — нормально и даже полезно. Ведь, совершив смешную или глупую ошибку, мы запоминаем ее навсегда. Другой вопрос возникает, когда ученик систематически повторяет ее вновь и вновь. «Неужели все мои слова прошли мимо ушей?» — всплывает логичный вопрос в моей голове. Поэтому совет первый : будьте внимательны к исправлениям вашего учителя. Приятно, когда после комментария ученик сам исправляет собственные ошибки и изо всех сил старается их не совершать. Это применимо к любому репетитору и любому предмету — повышенная внимательность к замечаниям учителя покажет вашу заинтересованность и мотивацию.

Еще один важный пункт — это домашнее задание, больная тема каждого школьника. Скажу честно, лучший подарок для любого репетитора — это старательно выполненное домашнее задание. Как же приятно на вопрос «Что было задано? Все сделал(а)?» слышать утвердительный ответ. Ну, а когда ученик просит разобрать домашнее упражнение поподробнее — мое сердечко начинает биться чаще. Но как быть, если не выполнил задание к уроку? Здесь все просто — оцените масштаб проблемы. Если «домашка» состоит из обычных упражнений, то вам повезло. В таких ситуациях стоит внимательно просмотреть номера и попросить разрешения прорешать их самому устно с полным объяснением. Не забудьте сказать: «Извините за невыполненную работу» и «Я просмотрел(а) упражнения дома и могу их сейчас ответить устно». Важно понимать, что от вас требуется, чтобы проверка не отняла драгоценное время от занятия. Так, репетитор поймет, что вы пришли к нему не просто посидеть лишний час или полтора, а с твердым намерением чему-то научиться. И да, мы всегда легко отличаем, сделал ученик задание дома или импровизирует прямо на уроке. Правда, не всегда об этом говорим ;)

— Алло
— Алло, Даша. Здравствуй!
— Здравствуйте, Антонина (допустим)
— Мой сын ходит к вам уже месяц, но до сих пор не говорит по-английски! Да и в школе выше 4 ему не ставят. Мне кажется, ваши занятия не приносят никакой пользы…
Итак, в этом небольшом диалоге есть три неприятных момента, способных изменить мнение репетитора о вас:
Первый : если вам больше 13 лет, не просите родителей звонить учителю, а делайте это сами. Особенно, когда дело касается претензий. После такого звонка, чувствуешь себя обманутым… На уроке ребенку все нравится, а на следующий день звонит его недовольный родитель и говорит: «Мой Петя жалуется…». Так, пусть ваш Петя жалуется мне, ведь любая обратная связь от «подопечного» помогает улучшить качество занятий и сделать уроки продуктивными.
Вторая ошибка: не ждите молниеносного эффекта от посещения репетитора. Он лишь организует и контролирует ваш учебный процесс. А главные гаранты успеха, по-прежнему, — ваше трудолюбие и мотивация. Поэтому каждый раз, когда я слышу: “она ходила к репетитору и не сдала экзамен… как это вообще возможно?», мне хочется ответить: «Возможно, и еще как!». Репетитор — не шаманский амулет против плохих оценок, а компас, указывающий верный путь к успеху.

Ну, и последний, третий момент: определитесь, что же вы хотите — следовать школьной программе или же изучать предмет индивидуально, для себя. Если вы изучаете английский/физику/русский язык по программе репетитора, то школьные оценки отходят на второй план. Давно известно, что дневник перестал быть показателем образованности. Поэтому большинство репетиторов не берут учеников, чьи мамы и папы заботятся лишь о «достойной успеваемости». Ведь главная задача дополнительных уроков — не пустые цифры в школьном портале, а настоящие знания, которые останутся в вашей голове на долгие годы.
Напоследок хочу напомнить, что ваш репетитор — это тоже человек, которому приятно вежливое обращение и заинтересованность в его предмете. Получили пять? Расскажите ему! Вас отправили на олимпиаду или вы написали экзамен? Поделитесь с преподавателем! Глупо утверждать, что репетиторам нравятся исключительно отличники и хорошисты. Это не так! Уважительное отношение к труду преподавателя и благодарность – первые шаги на пути взаимопонимания ученика и учителя. Задавайте вопросы, ошибайтесь, исправляйтесь, шутите и обсуждайте! И тогда каждый урок будет не только продуктивным и познавательным, но и самое главное — желанным.

I think that everything posted made a lot of sense. But, what about this? suppose you composed a catchier title? I am not suggesting your information is not solid, however what if you added a post title to possibly grab a person’s attention? I mean BLOG_TITLE is kinda vanilla. You could glance at Yahoo’s home page and see how they create post headlines to get people to open the links. You might add a video or a picture or two to grab people interested about what you’ve got to say. In my opinion, it might bring your website a little livelier.|
