Люди, чаще всего, не придают значения стрессу, а он в это время приносит значительный урон их здоровью. Важно научиться определять симптомы на ранней стадии, чтобы суметь предотвратить его развитие в более тяжелое состояние.

Так первая стадия самая эмоциональная и импульсивная. Здесь человек испытывает резкий всплеск энергии, давление растет, а вместе с ним и волнение. Организм вырабатывает и выделяет гормоны стресса, а человек не может успокоиться и привести состояние в норму.
Во время протекания второй стадии человек возвращается в норму. Эмоции становятся умеренными, но организм остается в повышенной стадии готовности.
И, наконец, третья стадия стресса, на которой происходит развитие заболеваний. Иммунитет ослабевает, разрушается защитная функция организма. Когда человек долгое время находится в состоянии стресса, то происходит нарушение работы иммунной, сердечно-сосудистой и других систем.
