Люди поделились на 2 лагеря: те, кто рад такой неделе, ведь ее можно посвятить себе, сделать то, на что давно не хватало времени, и те, которые опасаются, что повторится карантин 2020 года и они заскучают, так еще и дистанционный формат будет. И возникает вопрос: а чего именно они боятся в таком виде обучения и работы? Сейчас все больше и больше людей находятся не в офисах и школах, а дома, ведут все дела удаленно, так как это удобнее.
Скорее всего в будущем обучение и работа будут именно в дистанционном формате, потому что у него много плюсов.
Во-первых, это большая экономия времени. А сейчас в мире, где оно не идет, а бежит- это особенно важно. Во-вторых, благодаря удаленному формату действия каждого приобретают гибкий график, который человек сам составляет, рассчитывая только на свои силы. В-третьих, появляется возможность обучаться и работать в любом удобном месте и в комфортной одежде — это прежде всего влияет и на настроение человека, и на его психологическое состояние в целом. Однако если вспоминать карантин 2020 года, то для многих он был мучением, особенно для тех людей, которые очень коммуникабельные. Им необходимо общество, чтобы нормально существовать. Они столкнулись с некоторыми проблемами, так как не знали, чем заменить общение вживую, чем себя занять, поэтому мы подготовили несколько советов.
Итак,что можно сделать в свободное время:
1. Читать
Это прежде всего самосовершенствование, которое развивает нас как личность, помогает осознать многие моменты, проанализировать что-то, чтобы в будущем не допускать тех ошибок, сделанных героями книг. Можно почитать классику, психологию или что-то про искусство. Также есть возможность разобраться с самоучителем по рисованию или игре на гитаре. Это поможет воплотить ваши творческие мечты.
2. Прогуляться и провести время с друзьями
Ничего так не перезагружает, как глоток свежего воздуха. Прогулка поднимет настроение и отвлечет от каких-то тяжелых мыслей, а если взять с собой друзей, то будет еще веселее.
3. Закрыть долги по учебе
Как бы грустно это не звучало, но почти каждый школьник или студент не успевает что-то во время учебного процесса, поэтому в свободное время можно «закрыть все хвосты».
4. Сделать уборку
Это лучшее время, чтобы наконец-то навести порядок в том шкафу или разобрать старые книги. Можно включить любимую музыку и совместить приятное с полезным.
5. Заняться спортом
Сейчас не обязательно ходить в спортзал, так как есть возможность тренироваться дома с помощью различных видеоуроков на YouTube, которые можно выбрать по своим силам и предпочтениям.
6. Сон
На учебу и работу всегда нужно вставать рано, поэтому все «совы» не высыпаются. И сейчас у нас появилась прекрасная возможность, чтобы исправить это и поспать.
7. Приготовьте что-нибудь
Можно поэкспериментировать с рецептами, почувствовать себя настоящим шеф-поваром — приготовить вкусное изысканное блюдо или сладкий десерт.
Не стоит переживать из-за карантина, так как в данной ситуации в стране это вынужденная мера и прекрасное время, чтобы посвятить его себе и заняться саморазвитием. Извлеките из него пользу и в будущем будете еще больше довольны собой!
