Литература плотно вошла в нашу жизнь, спорить с этим бессмысленно. Она пропагандирует определенные ценности, помогает отыскать смысл в чём-то (особенно философия), направляет людей на тот путь, который задумал автор. Мы знаем русскую литературу ещё с 18 века. Она отличается чистым, простым слогом и идей, запрятанной под тысячей слов. Она многогранна. Школьники привыкли читать «Евгения Онегина» и «Героя нашего Времени», они точно знают их фабулу и замысел. После уроков они черпают оттуда определенные идеи. Но все же она кажется им скучной, затянутой, апатичной. Мало кому захочется перечитывать «Муму». Вся литература, начиная с 18 века, нам отлично известна, разобрана по косточкам. Люди не удивляются, прочитав новый роман, он не становится для них откровением.
Зреют гроздья, но не гнева, а контркультуры
Откровением для людей становится другое. Видите ли, наша родина и многие другие страны столкнулись на пути своей истории с тем, что довольно тяжело пережить. Речь идёт о кризисах, войнах, революциях. Люди перестали верить в других людей, гуманизм стал лишь шумом, похожим на шум от взорванной где-то бомбы. «Потерянное поколение» так и не смогло найти себя в этом пустом мире. Первая мировая забрала мальчиков, но вернула мертвецов. Они не могли найти смысла нигде, кроме выпивки, крепкой дружбы и любви. То есть, самые базовые потребности для них встали на вершину пирамиды Маслоу. Эрих Мария Ремарк, Эрнест Хемингуэй, Френсис Фицджеральд решили пойти в литературу. Их произведения прошиты отчаянием, безысходностью, бессмысленностью жизни. Предложения они пишут коротко, обрывисто. Война отняла у них желания говорить много и красиво. Лучше коротко, лаконично.
Однако были и люди, которые не хотели соглашаться с послевоенным миром и традиционной литературой. После того, как война изменила жизнь каждого, авторы поняли, что литература в том виде, которая была до этого – чистая, яркая, осмысленная – потерялась, исчезла. Они стали описывать не идеал жизни, но настоящую, подлинную. Примером такого автора является Луи Фердинанд Селин, который пережил Первую мировую. Его обвиняют в цинизме, анти гуманизме, сговоре с нацистами. Его тексты – такие как «Путешествие на край ночи» и «Смерть в кредит» — пестрят натуралистическими деталями, смертью, её агонией.
Он не стесняется подать войну такой, какой она была, без геройства и патриотизма. Селин разрушает привычные устои, представления о жизни солдата. Такие произведения шокирует людей, они открывают глаза на подлинную картину жизни. Молодой человек, прочитавший его книги, навряд ли будет с упоением слушать про войну и говорить: «Можем повторить». Мировоззрение кардинально меняется, мысли о жизни и войне обретают более осмысленный, зрелый характер.
Люди, которые пишут так страшно, что хочется читать и читать
Примерно с того времени зарождается такое явление, как контркультура. Она не только в литературе, если что. Это битники, хиппи, нонконформисты. Для них старый мир разрушился, его сломали сами люди в погоне за славой и богатствами. Контркультурщики отказываются от принципов того мира, который предал их, они возводят в абсолютную ценность жизнь и индивидуальность человека. Их жизнь напоминает гедонистический трип, они хотят взять от жизни всё, никто для них не является авторитетом, законом. К числу битников и прожигателей жизни относится и Джек Керуак. Его роман «На дороге» о том, как молодой американец исколесил пол страны стал гимном того времени. Люди действительно не знали, куда деть себя, как найти смысл. В его поисках они и ездили по Штатам, знакомясь с другими людьми, выпивая, принимая наркотики и занимаясь непотребствами. После прочтения романа, американцы увидели, как можно жить, как на самом деле выглядит их родина. Роман имел эффект взорвавшиеся бомбы, его стали цитировать, на него стали опираться. Другие молодые авторы увидели, как можно писать и о чем.
В современной литературе также осталась альтернативна, только она обросла новыми именами: Чак Паланик, Ирвин Уэлш, Эдуард Лимонов, Владимир Сорокин. У них другая концепция и замыслы. Принципы писательства у них изменились, но немного схожи с дедами. «Бойцовский клуб», «Удушье», «Колыбельная» разрушают привычные представления о жизни, профессиях, любви. Наши соотечественники удивляют нас «чернухой» и сюжетами, которые взрывают наш мякиш мозга. Действительно, у современной литературы есть свои достоинства. К примеру, многие альтернативщики берут идеи и замыслы Достоевского, Ницше, Камю. О бессмысленности жизни, её саморазрушении писал Чак Паланик, он глубоко изучил экзистенциализм и применил его вопросы и ответы на наши реалии. Однако они немного меняют смысл высказываний и мысли. К примеру, самоубийство – для Камю это побег из жизни, недостойный славы – а для других это способ облегчить существование, точнее закончить его, забыть то, что было до этого, не бояться будущего. Современные авторы используют философию предков, чтобы слепить из неё новую форму и подать молодому поколению. Они, в свою очередь, могут после прочтения начать интересоваться чем-то большим, детально изучать дисциплины.
Мнения, как полюса
Роман Гаврилович, филолог, учитель с 10-летним стажем, кладезь удивительных историй отзывается о контркультуре так: «Хоть я и не читал достаточно много, чтобы быть компетентным в этом вопросе, все же отвечу на него. Я считаю, что эта грань литературы, грязная, замызганная действительно нужна нашему времени, нашему обществу. Дети благодаря ей знакомятся с новыми произведениями, им начинает нравиться литература, она для них не скучна. Что касается меня, то никакая книга не тронула, не волновала так, как классическая. Все же для взрослых она по большей части бессмысленна, ведь мы окунаемся в литературу, чтобы забыть о грязи в этом мире, а тут наоборот, мы видим все непотребства жизни, все изъяны. После долгой и утомительной работы я навряд ли открою Буковски и буду с упоением читать о том, как он сбежал от собственного отца. Повторюсь про детей, для них – это опыт. Они видят как нужно и как не нужно делать, что порицается обществом и за что можно дорого поплатиться. Для взрослых лучше уж читать современную русскую литературу. Таких как Иванов, Быков, они как раз созрели, чтобы понимать их.
Надежда Анатольевна, учитель обществознания, человек с двумя высшими образованиями говорит так: «Помню, когда мы были в институте, то нам задали читать Лимонова. Как же тогда наш класс возмущался, что, видите ли, там много мата и подробностей о теме алкоголя, секса. Это возмутило всех, никто не хотел читать. Мы были в той среде, где подобная литература не пользовалась успехом. Я прочитала пару книг и скажу, что мне абсолютно не понравилось, это как-то низко, грубо. Я не хочу копаться там, как в дерьме. Дети могут попробовать эту литературу, но ждать чего-то хорошего навряд ли можно».
В чём сила, контркультура?
Действительно, контркультура оказывает абсолютно разные чувства. Кому-то, несомненно, нравится, кто-то со слюной у рта доказывает, что это лишь позорит имя литературы, как таковой. Одно забыть нельзя – она вызывает чувства, нельзя остаться равнодушным. Сюжеты и сцены крепко вколачиваются в голову. Хантер Томпсон, Чарльз Буковски изменили не одно поколение тинэйджеров. Они оказывают неистовое влияние на неокрепшие мозги, а до полноценных личностей, им, наверно, не достучаться.
Можно уверенно сказать, что она никогда не выместит классическую литературу. Классика ещё с детских лет сопровождает нас в этом нелегком пути, а контркультура, как пьяненький сосед врывается в наш мозг в 11 часу вечера и меняет наши мысли. Однако много молодых авторов могут уходить именно туда, где в полной мере изобразить, нарисовать нам такой мир, от которого и жить не хочется.
