Одно из важнейших требований для журналистского эссе — актуальность. Как для одиннадцатиклассника, для меня едва ли найдется более актуальная тема, чем школа. Конечно, она практически позади, но это лишь развязывает мне руки. Приятно думать, что есть возможность высказать все, что накопилось за годы учебы.
Впрочем, система образования сама по себе не так важна, как вклад учителей. Хороший преподаватель даже самый скучный материал сделает интересным и простым для усвоения. Однако хороший учитель, отдающийся своему делу целиком — редкое явление.
Должен отметить, у меня всегда складывались хорошие отношения со всеми преподавателями. Тем не менее, есть одна учительница, которая вызывает у меня искреннее возмущение своей некомпетентностью. По иронии судьбы, она ведет уроки русского языка и литературы — предметы, к которым я питаю особую слабость. И хотя мои чувства глубоко субъективны, на этом примере мне хотелось бы порассуждать о низкоквалифицированных учителях, порочащих эту прекрасную профессию.
Чтобы преодолеть субъективизм и трезво описать причины моего неприятия, дам этой учительницы обезличенное имя. Допустим, Мария Ивановна.
Итак, почему же Мария Ивановна — плохой учитель?
Во-первых, она прикладывает минимум усилий для подготовки учеников к ЕГЭ по её предметам. Мало того, что на занятиях было объективно мало практики, которая играет первостепенную роль при подготовке, Мария Ивановна сухо преподносила нам информацию. Все её старания ограничивались скаченной презентацией и скупым пересказом правил, расписанных на слайдах. И это русский язык- предмет, экзамен по которому должен сдавать каждый! Что же касается литературы, моя учительница решила даже не утруждать себя нашей подготовкой. Убедившись, что все сдающие этот предмет занимаются у репетиторов, она спокойно игнорировала нас до конца года.
Кто-то может сказать, что школа не обязана готовить учеников к ЕГЭ. И хотя у меня есть определенные мысли и на этот счет, я предпочту перейти ко второму аргументу в пользу некомпетентности Марии Ивановны. Она не способна доносить до школьников базовый материал образовательной программы. Для примера, занятия русским языком в течении двух лет, по четыре часа в неделю, не принесли мне абсолютно никаких знаний. Можно было бы сказать, что я просто отвратительный ученик, однако благодаря встречам с моим репетитором — полтора часа в неделю — я не только подготовился к экзамену, но и освежил в памяти материал, который мне должна была преподавать Мария Ивановна. Таким образом, как написал бы я в школьном сочинении, вывод очевиден — проблема не во мне, а в учителе, не справляющемся со своими прямыми обязанностями. Наконец, на твой вопрос, касающийся темы урока, она вполне может сказать, чтобы ты нашел ответ в Интернете.
В-третьих, Мария Ивановна не умеет нормально вести себя с учениками. В этом пункте я могу казаться субъективным, но учитель должен быть корректным с детьми. Когда ты общаешься с друзьями на перемене, а преподаватель подходит к вам и прерывает разговор, интересуясь его темой…Думаю, это не отвечает требованиям корректного поведения педагога. И ситуация взята отнюдь не из воздуха — Мария Ивановна поступает именно так. Далее, она не раз ставила учащихся, очевидно разбирающихся в предмете, в неловкое положение, заставляя их рассказывать тему остальному классу. И самое печальное здесь то, что класс сообщал о подобном администрации — никаких действий со стороны руководства предпринято не было.
Эта тема очень сильно меня волнует. Страшно думать, сколько еще подобных преподавателей могут работать в школах по всей стране — на первый взгляд они кажутся неплохими учителями. И ведь под этой маской скрывается даже не монстр — нет, под ней просто человек, не горящий страстью к своей работе, и это гораздо страшнее.
Хочется по привычке сделать какой-то вывод, но его здесь просто нет. Мария Ивановна продолжит преподавать, ученики будут по-прежнему её недолюбливать. Наверное, такие люди есть в каждой профессии. И в этом кроется проблема — низкоквалифицированные сотрудники есть везде, но не везде они могут быть так опасны. Никого не волнует, аккуратно грузчик поставил ящик в машину или слегка криво. Стоит — уже хорошо! С детьми так нельзя, они не должны просто «стоять». За нами будущее. Это глупо отрицать! А уж относится к нам с таким равнодушием — преступно.
