Любовь к суперзвёздам: от восхищения до одержимости

Искусство сильно изменилось, однако главная функция осталась той же – сближать людей с культурой. За последнее время появилось много новых стилей и имён. Современная культура многолика, так что каждый может найти то, что ему по вкусу. Сегодня мы наблюдаем более глубокое слияние с жизнью искусства, точнее его представителей.

Жизнь исполнителей, актёров и других деятелей искусства намного сложнее, чем может казаться. За их успехом стоит долгая работа и труд. Но, возможно, самое тяжёлое – не становится звездой, а быть ею.

Знаменитости очень сильно влияют на повседневную жизнь человека. Самый распространённый способ – это средства массовой информации – телевидение, газеты, журналы и радио. Они помогают заглянуть в личную жизнь звёзд, а значит, люди могут максимально приблизиться к своим кумирам. СМИ каждый день рассказывают о новых скандалах и событиях из жизни знаменитых людей, чьи лица красуются на обложках журналов или в рекламе. Звезды побуждают людей покупать продукцию, которую они рекламируют, упоминают или просто используют сами. Для многих кумиры становятся стимулом к совершенствованию себя, а для кого-то даже смыслом жизни.

Часто знаменитости сопровождаются личной охраной. Это связано с тем, что звёзд шоу-бизнеса нередко приходится защищать как от агрессивных антифанатов, так и от поклонников.

Но если с первым типом людей все достаточно понятно, то что не так со вторым?

У многих есть свои кумиры, к которым люди хотят быть ближе. Они мечтают об автографе или совместном фото. Однако не всем фанатам достаточно этого. Есть те, кто хочет взаимодействовать со звёздами чаще. Они стараются уделять больше своего времени объекту внимания. Например, везде следуют за своим кумиром или пишут письма. Такое поведение напрягает, порой даже пугает знаменитостей. Сегодня сталкинг считается формой домогательства и запугивания.

С этим сталкивались многие звёзды шоу-бизнеса: актриса Ума Турман, G-Dragon, Мадонна, Рианна. И это далеко не все жертвы обезумевших фанатов.

В корейской культуре таких люди называют «сасэн фанаты». Иногда они объединяются в небольшие группы и организовывают  настоящие преступления: пытаются похитить звёзд, проникнуть в их дома, взломать личные аккаунты. Так происходит из-за  одержимости знаменитостями, на преследование которых люди тратят большие суммы.

С одержимостью не рождаются, хотя есть люди, который более расположены к этому, нежели другие. Зависимость развивается – либо постепенно, либо стремительно. Как тогда определить её? Предпосылками одержимости можно считать следующее поведение человека:

  • Хочет побыть в одиночестве вместо того, чтобы посетить какое-либо мероприятие.
  • Не принимает отрицательной точки зрения касаемо его заинтересованности.
  • Стремится уделять всё своё свободное время объекту обожания.

Специалисты выделяют три стадии  почитания знаменитостей.

1. Сначала формируется идеал, знаменитость привлекает кажущейся способностью найти единомышленников

2. Вторая стадия включает в себя личностей, которые зациклены на знаменитости и способны проявлять сильную навязчивость

3. На третьей стадии людям свойственны неконтролируемые поступки. Они способны шантажировать с угрозой суицида, если не получают желаемого внимания.

Если вы нашли в себе какие-то признаки одержимости и хотите изменить ситуацию, начните с анализа.

  1. Выясните, какие качества вас привлекают в знаменитости. Составьте список, но помните, что знаменитости стараются показывать идеальную версию себя.
  2. Поищите причину одержимости Возможно, вы нуждаетесь в компании и ищете поддержки, или просто пытаетесь подражать.
  3. Определите уровень собственной одержимости. Важно хорошо осознавать своё поведение. Если не уверены, что справитесь самостоятельно, обратитесь к специалисту.

Как же можно исправить ситуацию?

  1. Подсчитайте, сколько времени вы проводите в интернете. Постарайтесь уравновесить его с «живым» общением.
    • Обратите внимание на окружающих вас людей, ищите общие интересы с ними
    • Знакомьтесь на различных мероприятиях
  2. Составьте план действий.
    • Установите дедлайн. Он будет стимулировать вас к достижению цели.
    • Определите, как вы будете отвыкать от объекта зависимости: резко или постепенно.
    • Избавьтесь от предметов, которые напоминают вам об одержимости. Можно сложить все вещи в коробки и раздать или убрать на чердак.
    • Выделите немного времени, которое вы будете тратить на изучение знаменитости. К примеру, 10 минут в неделю. Это поможет не сорваться.
  3. Расширяйте круг своих интересов.
    • Выберите несколько новых занятий, которые заинтересовали вас. Экспериментируйте, если что-то не получилось, попробуйте новое. Это позволит отвлечься и начать общение с реальными людьми.
    • Если можете, расскажите близким о своей проблеме, попросите помочь найти новые увлечения
  4. Помогайте другим. Это позволяет чувствовать себя лучше.

Всё это не значит, что вы должны отказаться от любимых исполнителей, групп, актеров. Но помните, что жизнь не ограничивается социальными сетями. Необходимо выходить за рамки виртуального мира, чтобы жить достойно и полноценно.
