Сегодня мы поговорим с одним из тех людей, которые «заведуют» этой индустрией.
Здравствуй, Михаил, представься нашим читателям.
Зовут меня Михаил Двощанский(@dvoshansky), 19 лет, живу в Стерлитамаке у бабушки. Помимо масок пишу музыку. В детстве жил в разных странах с родителями. При этом детство все равно было не особо богатое, на нужную для моего дела технику зарабатывал сам.
Самоучка ли ты? Был ли какой-то опыт в сфере работы с различными программами такого рода до этого занятия?
Вообще, я где-то с двух лет сидел за компьютером. В 8 лет пытался изучить программирование, но из-за того, что я был совсем молод, ничего не получилось. Далее начал самообучаться, вступил в команду разработчиков какой-то игры. Сначала был 3D-модельером, но не особо получалось, поэтому мне пришлось опять начинать изучать программирование. Было легче, так как что-то из этого уже выходило благодаря моему предыдущему опыту. Тогда же знакомый посоветовал книгу, я ее прочел, сделал парочку скриптов моим родителям для их интернет магазина, они мне даже заплатили какую-то сумму. Далее начал изучать бесплатный курс от школы программирования, немного поработал на родителей, они то и разглядели потенциал во мне. Купили курсов на 10 тысяч рублей, после их прохождения снова начал работать на родителей, потом уже на фрилансе.
Что побудило тебя на то, чтоб делать маски?
Мне хотелось развлечься. Сделать то, что мои друзья будут использовать, чтоб им понравилось и они как-нибудь оценили такой «прикол». Еще хотелось проверить, получится ли у меня набрать много подписчиков с помощью масок. Получилось:)
Первая работа была для себя или ты сразу же стал делать что-то на заказ?
Первая маска, конечно же делалась для меня для меня, носит название «Тлен». Я хотел сделать упор на мемы, а тема «тлена» была тогда актуальна не только в интернете, но и в моей жизни. На тот момент у меня было депрессивное настроение, поэтому я сделал что-то в этом роде. Не особо зашло аудитории, хотя я думал что это что-то идеальное и сможет всех «разорвать», но депрессивность оказалась никому не нужна.
После какой маски у тебя взлетел актив в аккаунте? Использовал ли ее кто-то из знаменитостей?
После маски с игрой где надо моргать и летать. Это была одна из первых хорошо сделанных игр, людям это зашло, потому что я переделал формат всем известной “Flappy Bird”. Ее использовали многие более-менее известные личности, которые оказывают влияние на молодежь: Dirty Morty, Женя Мильковский, Белла Хадид.
Когда начали поступать первые заказы? Из чего в основном они состоят, какие маски обычно просят сделать?
После того, как люди увидели бешеный актив от этой маски с птичкой бренды захотели сделать такую же игру. Мне писал Mail.ru, Ситимобил. Я предлагал им разные идеи, но после того, как они озвучили цену за работу(20 тысяч рублей), я подумал, что не хочу с ними сотрудничать, мне показалось это слишком маленькой суммой.
Первый заказ был для гонконгской бьюти компании. Такой же принцип игры, только была уже не птица, а человек, который бежит по земле и проходит через препятствия. В основном были именно такие заказы.
Представим, что я блогер с ~500 тыс. подписчиками. Мне нужно сделать маску, в которой будет какая-то моя знаменитая фраза + может быть интерактив(несколько масок в одной, например). Сколько будет стоить такая работа?
Я беру от 1 тысячи долларов работу. Вообще любая моя маска стоит примерно так. За меньшую сумму я не особо горю желанием что-то делать. Прайс сам по себе от 800 долларов, все зависит от сложности маски. Игры идут от 1,5 тыс долларов, а простая от 800.
Как считаешь, много ли у тебя конкурентов в этой сфере?
Очень много, словами не описать. Сейчас все занимаются масками, поэтому конкуренция есть. Но, если ты сделаешь хороший продукт, то, я думаю, как и везде, ты ты сможешь найти заказчиков/проекты и будешь как-то реализовываться. Я не особо в этой тусовке, просто делаю маски, если ко мне приходят клиенты. Наверное плохо, что я никак не контактирую с другими «маскоделами», но, на самом деле, мне без разницы.
Бывали какие-нибудь необычные случаи с заказчиками или же с самими Инстаграмом?
Был как-то странный случай. У меня хотела заказать маску фирма по производству пива. Мы нарисовали все эскизы с человеком, который мне помогал по маскам, а компания просто слилась. Так как мы работали через агентство, нам сказали, что они издержки заплатят. Я ничего бы не взял с этого, мне просто хотелось отдать зарплату моему напарнику за эскизы, ведь я сказал ему в начале нашей работы про эти деньги. Попросил, чтоб они оплатили чисто 100 долларов за его работу и мне даже это не скинули. С этой компанией у меня уже нет никакого желания работать и я считаю их нехорошими людьми.
Также, инстаграм тоже смог отличиться. Он отклоняет маски по каким-то своим надуманным причинам. Там сейчас сидят довольно странные модераторы, которые не могут нормально отслеживать маски и отклоняют их по выдуманным причинам.
Видишь ли ты перспективы в такой деятельности? Хотелось бы это сделать основным достатком? Вообще, приносит ли тебе эта работа какое-то удовлетворение?
Ну вообще, в сфере дополненной реальности, конечно, куча перспектив. Основным достатком это бы не хотелось сделать, потому что в последнее время хочется заниматься музыкой. Да, я может поступаю не по умному, как все вот эти люди, которые сделали что-то важное, а потом подумали: «Ай, да ну его, хочу заниматься музыкой!».
Мне любая работа приносит удовлетворение, особенно когда за нее платят деньги.
А перспективы, ну, допустим самый простой пример приведу. Показывают же в американских фильмах, как изучают лягушек, а представь что это можно сделать уже просто с обычной маской, которая будет показывать внутренности лягушки или же человека. Возможно подробно изучить строение сердца, прям до мельчайших подробностей все разобрать и для обучения это очень круто. Также, показ квартир и отдельных товаров хорошая штука. На ногу наводишь камеру, а у тебя там надевается модель кроссовок, которую ты хочешь заказать. То есть, все это — очень хорошие перспективы, отвал всего.
Что бы ты мог посоветовать новичкам в этой сфере?
Делать хорошо свою работу. Постоянно обучаться. В IT сфере надо просто всегда обучаться, потому что каждый раз появляются новые технологии, новые пути реализации всяких вещей. Поэтому надо все время в этом копаться, анализировать, развиваться. Желательно формировать еще командные навыки, так как один ты далеко не уедешь, все равно все хорошо не сможешь сделать. Занимайтесь хорошо той областью, которую вы решили охватить самолично и ищите себе заказчиков. У вас все получится.
