Что это такое? Обратимся к терминологии.
Простым языком, синдром отличницы (комплекс отличника) или перфекционизм — это желание делать все идеально, преуспевать во всех сферах жизни и обязательно получать высокую оценку окружающих. Однако с появлением интернета, комплекс отличника приобрёл новый характер — приуменьшение выполненных задач.
Допустим,один блогер в Инстаграм рассказывает и показывает ,как он сделал сегодня миллион дел,а в свободную минутку ещё и позанимался спортом.Подписчик невольно начинает сомневаться в своих выполненных задачах,принижая затраченные усилия.На фоне всего этого, обыкновенный наблюдатель превращает свою жизнь в гонку и соперничество: ему нужно и «быстрее, выше, сильнее», и, желательно, чтобы окружающие заметили и похвалили. Комплекс отличника — не то,что становится частью человека, он въедается в него.

Как избежать этих «подводных камней»?
Во-первых, немного ограничить контент, который заставляет вас чувствовать дисгармонию.Можно сделать это на какое то время, пока вы не научитесь осознавать, что многие в социальных сетях, порой ,лишь рисуют картинку продуктивности, не показывая вторую сторону медали: апатию, «ленивые дни», которые просто необходимы для восстановления сил.

В-третьих, необходимо осознать, что продуктивность и эффективность — не одно и то же. Можно организовать день так, что у вас не будет ни минуты отдыха, но, по итогу, вы не приобретёте что-то реально полезное: будь то навык или что-то необходимое именно вам.
Ну и, конечно, давать себе отдых. В этот день посвятите время себе: если вам нужно полежать на диване, смотря телевизор, или поспать — сделайте это! Хотите прогуляться, порисовать, почитать книгу, а, возможно, сделать что то драйвовое — почему нет? Главное слушать и принимать себя, ведь идеальности не существует! Перфекционизм лишь в наших головах, и другим людям достижения перфекциониста безразличны. Единственный человек, с которым вы должны сравнивать себя — это вы в прошлом. Если осознать эту истину, жить станет проще и приятнее, а результаты не заставят себя ждать!
