Журналистика довольно опасная профессия. И связанно это с тем, что с каждым годом всё большее число журналистов оказывается под заключением. Представители старшего поколения убеждены, что все журналисты куплены, они говорят и печатают лишь то, что выгодно вышестоящим людям, организациям! Так ли это на самом деле? За последние несколько лет были осуждены журналисты по разным делам, но позднее оказывалось, что многие из них оказывались невиновны, а некоторых и вовсе подставили. Это можно объяснить тем, что журналисты, работающие в жанре расследований, часто пишут статьи, косвенно или напрямую связанные с конкретными личностями. В основном эти статьи далеко не самые положительные. Разберемся более подробно.
Иван Валентинович Голунов
6 июня 2019 года корреспондента отдела расследований интернет-издания «Медуза», Ивана Голунова арестовали за хранение наркотиков. У журналиста было найдено несколько пакетиков с запрещёнными веществами, среди которых нашли кокаин. Помимо этого, Голунова обвинили в продаже наркотических веществ в ночных клубах, а позднее Игорь Лопатин и вовсе объявил о том, что корреспондент был в состоянии алкогольного опьянения, хотя была предоставлена врачебная справка о том, что никаких признаков алкоголя и иных веществ в крови Голунова не было найдено.
После задержания журналиста, вскрылись интересные факты.
Во-первых, полицейские избили Голунова из-за его отказа проходить медицинское освидетельствование, во-вторых, у корреспондента практически сразу изъяли ключи от квартиры, а когда он со следователями подъехал к дому — его оставили в машине на 20–30 минут. За это время полицейские могли сделать что угодно. Если подумать, то найденный в рюкзаке Голунова пакетик с наркотиками лежал на поверхности, хотя за то время, которое он там находился, он должен был провалиться на самое дно. Странно, не так ли? И в-третьих, некоторые материалы в деле Голунова были неполными, так как не было никаких доказательств того, что он продавал наркотики, а нарушения показали адвокатам только за полчаса до начала суда.
Голунов говорил о том, что после его расследования о похоронном бизнесе ему поступали разные угрозы, а также утверждал, что его преследовали именно из-за этого. Интернет-издание «Медуза» уверено, что кто-то из тех, про кого журналист ранее писал в статье, организовали преследование.
В итоге журналиста оправдали из-за недостаточного количества улик.
Иван Голунов на свободе, но в российских тюрьмах по-прежнему остаётся много заключенных, против которых были сфабрикованы дела по той же 228-й статье.
Иван Иванович Сафронов
7 июля 2020 года сотрудника «Роскосмоса», бывшего журналиста, работающего в таких изданиях, как «Коммерсант» и «Ведомости», задержали сотрудники ФСБ из-за якобы госизмены. При этом, когда журналист проходил проверку для работы в кремлевском пуле, Сафронова многократно проверяли, и если бы при проверке возникли какие-либо вопросы, об этом бы сообщили Рогозину. Также проверку Сафронов проходил и когда работал в «Коммерсанте», участвовал в мероприятиях, поездках с первыми лицами государства.
19 марта 2019 года появилась статья, в которой сообщалось о планах по поставке российских Су-35 в Египет, и США пригрозили Египту санкциями за покупку российской техники. Издание The Bell предположило, что именно статья Сафронова про поставку Су-35 вызвала скандал и, возможно, стала причиной ареста. Пресс-секретарь президента Дмитрий Песков заявил, что «задержание никоим образом не связано с журналистской деятельностью, которой прежде занимался Иван Сафронов». Коллеги уверены в обратном.
При этом отец Ивана Сафронова, тоже Иван Сафронов, был известным военным журналистом. Он готовил статью о поставках российского оружия на Ближний Восток и в беседе с коллегами признавался, что эта информация может стать поводом для возбуждения дела о госизмене. Статья не была опубликована, поскольку старший Сафронов погиб, упав с лестничной клетки. Официальная версия смерти — самоубийство, но коллегам и родным эта версия показалась неправдоподобной. Дело младшего Ивана Сафронова ведется до сих пор…
Владимир Шевченко
В марте 2018 года обвинили в вымогательстве 1,2 миллиона рублей у Россельхозбанка создателя и главного редактора FinNews.ru Владимира Шевченко. Со слов журналиста, в феврале 2018 года с ним связалась Мария Бетехтина, которая предложила заключить контракт с банком. Он изначально предполагал, что целью банка было помешать ему писать об их убытках. При этом, если Шевченко возьмет деньги, то он не смог бы писать про банк всю правду. Это нехорошо, если смотреть на это с точки зрения журналистской этики. Он — генеральный директор коммерческого юридического лица, а в уставе было прописано, что целью его деятельности является извлечение прибыли. Тогда журналист назвал цифру 50 000 руб в месяц, а срок действия договора обозначил до конца 2018 года.
На следующий день Мария попросила продлить срок действия на 2 года, откуда в итоге и взялась сумма 1,2 миллиона рублей. Также Шевченко попросили удалить некоторые критические материалы о банке, и он согласился.
После этого, 7 марта, его задержали, так как банк заявил, что Шевченко угрожал им продолжить писать нелицеприятные материалы и специально готовил негативные публикации о Россельхозбанке. По словам обвиняемого, он публиковал не только негативные, но и позитивные новости о банке: об открытии нового офиса, снижении ипотечной ставки… А негативные публикации были лишь об убытках банка, данные о которых он брал из открытых официальных источников.
Адвокаты Шевченко неоднократно говорили суду, что допрос проводился с нарушением, так как у задержанного не было адвоката, от него он был вынужден отказаться, так как деньги изъяли при обыске.
В итоге, государство, вместо того, чтобы во всем разобраться, просто отправило за решетку журналиста, пытавшегося провести независимое расследование.
Рудников Игорь Петрович
17 июня Московский районный суд Петербурга приговорил главного редактора калининградской газеты «Новые колеса» Игоря Рудникова к 550 часам общественных работ. До этого он провел в СИЗО более полутора лет по обвинению в вымогательстве 50 тысяч долларов у генерала Следственного комитета Виктора Леденева. По версии следствия, Рудников требовал деньги, обещая взамен прекратить печатать о Леденеве «негативные» статьи. Многие отметили, что генерал вел себя не как жертва вымогательства, так как именно он был инициатором переговоров с Рудниковым. И хотя журналист считает, что дело против него сфабриковали, суд все-таки зачел продолжительный арест.
Изначально, в 2017 году в газете «Новые колеса» были опубликованы статьи, в которых рассказывалось об особняке стоимостью в несколько миллионов долларов, принадлежавшего генералу Леденеву. Позже были назначены переговоры между генералом и Рудниковым, во время проведения которых Леденев передал ему папку, где находились документы, однако внутри оказался конверт с деньгами, а вложили их туда сотрудники ФСБ, взявшие по просьбе Леденева ситуацию под контроль. В день получения конверта Игорь Рудников был задержан.
Также, в начале августа 2017 года Леденев обратился к бизнесмену Александру Дацышину, который позже утверждал, что Рудников хотел, чтобы ему «компенсировали» 50 тысяч долларов США, потраченных на «собственное расследование» о покушении, которое ранне было совершенно Алексеем Кашириным.
Помимо этого, в суд Рудникова доставили с загипсованной рукой. Его коллеги утверждали, что издателя избили во время задержания. И хотя защитник заявлял, что Рудников невиновен и должен быть оправдан, суд отправил издателя в СИЗО, где находился более полутора лет.
После выхода на свободу в беседе с «Медузой» Игорь Рудников сказал, что хочет встретиться с близкими и понять, в какую страну он вернулся. По мнению Галины Араповой, большую роль сыграло дело Ивана Голунова: «Все это продемонстрировало власти, что преследование любого журналиста не пройдет в атмосфере страха и молчания»
Поверьте, приведенные выше примеры не единичны. Медиасообщество может спасти незаконно преследуемых журналистов, просто не нужно отсиживаться и молчать. Главное — действовать!
