На этот вопрос постаралась ответить Галина Солдатова, которая закончила факультет рекламы и связи с общественностью. Если вы думаете, что сейчас она работает в агентстве и придумывает рекламу порошка, то глубоко ошибаетесь. Галина не побоялась и занялась тем, что по-настоящему интересует ее. -Привет, Галя. Как ты знаешь, сейчас близится период поступления в ВУЗы, и многие ребята боятся ошибиться с выбором профессии. Они думают, что их работа будет напрямую связана с тем, какой факультет они окончат. Скажи, пожалуйста, кем работаешь ты, и что входит в твои обязанности?
Привет. Я работаю организатором мероприятий, в частности специализируюсь на координации свадеб. Моя работа заключается в предоставлении полного спектра услуг для проведения мероприятия: подбираю локацию, кухню и так далее. Если клиент хочет единорога- я достану ему единорога!
-Супер! А какой институт ты окончила и какую специальность получила?
Я закончила МГУДТ, сейчас он РГУ им. Косыгина, факультет рекламы и связи с общественностью. Если честно, еще в 11 классе я знала, что в ВУЗах не учат на того, кем хочу работать.
-Как я понимаю, тебе было не принципиально, куда поступать или все-таки были критерии, когда ты выбирала учебное заведение?
Слушай, когда ты в 11 классе, совершенно не знаешь, что из себя представляет та или иная специальность, у тебя есть лишь поверхностные знания. То, насколько глубоко изучается выбранная сфера, и как ты себя в ней сможешь реализовать- представить трудно. Я думала, что реклама- это круто. Единственное, в чем я была уверена, это то, что хочу учиться в Москве . Посмотрела сайт МГУДТ, изучила, что нужно для обучения там и решила, что буду поступать туда. Подавала в три, прошла в два: в МГУДТ и в РАНХиГС, но почему- то выбрала первый (смеется). Ах да, потому что там было дешевле обучение. Я поступала на коммерцию. Также для меня было важно общежитие, в МГУДТ мне его предоставляли, а в РАНХиГС-нет. Еще хочется отметить, что когда я приехала в МГУДТ, то мне понравилось внутри самого здания, оно было уютным и простым, а в РАНХиГС было не по- себе.
-Расскажи о своем обучении на специальности реклама.
Первые два курса, определенно, я кайфовала. Мы делали различные интересные проекты, защищали их, постоянно была какая-то творческая работа. Меня всегда ставили в команду с двумя мальчиками, которые, конечно же, ничего не делали, и я руководила процессом. Только потом поняла, почему мне это так нравилось- я просто люблю быть организатором. После 2 курса началась скучная и сухая теория. Было тяжело. На 3 курсе я начала втягиваться в сферу event-менеджмента, а к концу 4- уже работала.
-Как ты думаешь, твоя профессия и полученное образование имеют больше сходств или различий?
Конечно, различий. Из того, что мне пригодилось в моей работе, только навыки коммуникации с клиентом и психологии, которым нас обучили в университете.
-Расскажи о своей подготовке к event-менеджменту.
-Что касается меня, на третьем курсе я начала проходить специальные курсы, работала первое время бесплатно со своей преподавательницей, набиралась опыта, чтоб быть ко всему готовой. Свадеб 5-6 были просто практикой перед тем, как я уже начала работать в агентстве. Сейчас на моем счету уже больше 200 организованных свадеб.
-Здорово! Твоя работа удовлетворяет тебя и в моральном, и в финансовом плане?
Однозначно, да! Сначала родственники относились несерьезно к моему выбору, пытались отговорить. Все изменилось, когда я первый раз получила довольно крупную сумму, они поняли, что это такая же работа, как и все остальные. Я люблю свою профессию, и она меня хорошо «кормит».
-Отлично! А с какими трудностями на пути к успеху может столкнуться человек, если он хочет реализоваться в той сфере, в которой у него нет образования?
Главная трудность-страх. Когда только начинаешь осваивать что-то новое, ты постоянно думаешь: «А вдруг я не справлюсь, а если клиенту не понравится». Это было и у меня.
-У тебя был только психологический барьер?
Да. В основном, работодатели не смотрят на диплом, они берут за горящие глаза.
-Каково твое отношение к высшему образованию?
Сначала я относилась к нему скептически, получала ради «галочки». Теперь точно могу сказать, высшее образование- это одна из главнейших школ жизни, которая помогает сформироваться тебе как личности.
-А что ты можешь посоветовать ребятам, которые сейчас находятся в подвешенном состоянии и не знают, что им выбрать?
Я помню, что тоже сильно переживала, мучила себя морально. Сейчас осознаю, что это было глупо. Главное — беречь свое здоровье и относиться к поступлению чуть менее серьезно, не как к какой- то катастрофе. Если ты умненький, ты везде пробьешься. Еще посоветую выбирать то место, где вам хочется проводить время: если заходите в стены университета и вам комфортно, то нужно оставаться. И смотрите на расположение общежития!
