Боялись, что поставят двойку за невыученный предмет или вызовут к доске. Однако мы все равно любили учителей, ставших такими родными за долгие годы .
Теперь, когда многие школьники сталкиваются с проблемой выбора профессии, стоит обратить внимание на педагогику. Да, преподавателем может стать не каждый, но многие просто отказываются от мечты в страхе не оправдать ожидания. У каждого школьника, решившего стать учителем, есть преподаватель, на которого хочется ровняться, подвести свой идеал нельзя. Это отнюдь не карикатурный образ старой, злобной женщины, которая кричит на своих учеников, напротив, современный преподаватель — основа нынешнего образования.
В эпоху Интернет технологий и социальных сетей учителя стали более разносторонне развиты. Одним из современных преподавателей, развенчавших все стереотипы об этой профессии, является Можарова Анна Сергеевна, с которой мне посчастливилось пообщаться.

Вы создали собственный курс по подготовке к ЕГЭ и ОГЭ, ведете страницу в Инстаграм и канал на YouTube, посвященные подготовке к экзаменам. Сложно ли развиваться в Интернет сфере как преподаватель нового поколения?
“Когда я начинала свою деятельность, в Интернет сфере работало всего три преподавателя русского языка, которые выкладывали свои работы. Это было
не так давно, 4 года назад, сейчас, конечно, людей стало больше. Да, пожалуй, это сложно, YouTube не терпит молчания и обмана: если не отвечаешь на комментарии или долго не выкладываешь видео, то люди неминуемо отписываются, тебя все забывают. Раньше мои видео держались постоянно в “топе”, сейчас я больше занимаюсь курсом, о котором ты упомянула, а также индивидуальной работой с учениками, поэтому этот “топ” для меня начал угасать, но я об этом не жалею, как мне кажется, я более качественно помогла детям. Еще одна сложность заключается в постоянной рекламе. Все мои подписчики и просмотры – это не накрутка, я заработала их сама, без постоянно всплывающего ярлыка “посмотри меня”. Я заинтересовывала людей необычными темами, поэтому они и остались”.
Как вам пришла идея продвигать себя как репетитора и преподавателя в Интернете?
“Идея пришла спонтанно. Сидела в машине, ждала интервью, мне было нечем заняться, лил дождь, выходить не хотелось, я решила снять видео. У меня уже существовала довольно объемная группа Вконтакте. Мы там с ребятами ежедневно выкладывали всю необходимую информацию для успешной сдачи ЕГЭ. Видео было очень популярным, я решила: раз людям интересно, буду записывать их и дальше. Потом я подумала, что мне хочется помочь еще большему количеству ребят, времени заниматься с каждым индивидуально не хватает, в сутках, к сожалению, 24 часа, а желающих много. Так появилась идея создать видеокурс. Над ним я работала очень долго, старалась создать лекции в интересном формате. Появился курс по сочинению ЕГЭ, затем — курс по декабрьскому сочинению. Сейчас в разработке курс по ОГЭ. Пока это интересно, многие дети ждут материалы, и я стараюсь их делать”.
Почему вы решили стать преподавателем и помогать разбираться ученикам с вопросами, возникшими при подготовке к ЕГЭ и ОГЭ?
“Когда я несколько лет проходила практику в школе, то поняла, что такая “канцелярская” работа по программам мне не интересна, хотелось дать детям больше материала, приходилось оставаться после занятий. После того, как моя практика закончилась, многие дети попросили меня заниматься с ними индивидуально, потому что понимали, что сведения, которые я даю на уроке — это 40% от того, что я могу дать лично. Дети все разные, кто-то лучше понимает предмет, кто-то хуже, и на уроках даешь усредненный материал, который должны понять все. Так я поняла, что нужно развиваться в этом направлении. Я долгое время работала
в журнале и до сих пор поддерживаю связь с коллегами. Через какое-то время так вышло, что одно из изданий заморозило свою работу, тогда мне нужно было выбирать хочу ли я двигаться дальше в этом направлении, либо я хочу больше учеников, так как было совмещение одной карьеры с другой. Так, небольшой кризисный момент определил мою дальнейшую судьбу, за что я отчасти ему благодарна”.
Некоторые современные дети выбирают профессию педагог, стоит ли это делать и с какими трудностями может столкнуться современный учитель?
“Очень часто меня приглашают выступать на конференции, посвященные общению с молодежью. Моя лекция называется “Учитель-это не приговор”. Я всегда начинаю ее с мысли: когда ты идешь учиться на преподавателя, то должен понимать, что это не приговор. Учить- это призвание, если ты умеешь общаться с детьми- это уже один из маячков, которые призывают идти и помогать детям. Многие, выбирая эту профессию, не понимают, что она действительно сложная и требует самоотдачи. У меня есть лекции, посвященные этой теме. Никогда не забуду, как одна взрослая преподавательница, сорока пяти лет, посмотрев мой курс, сказала: ”Нет, все-таки учитель-это не мое”. Поэтому самое главное выбрать профессию, которая вам по душе. На работе мы проводим большую часть времени, не стоит терпеть ее только из-за денег.”
С какими сложностями сталкиваются современные преподаватели? Было ли трудно вам продвигать себя, как репетитора в Интернете?
“Дети сейчас менее уважают учителей, чем в наше время. Это касается обычной жизнь, если говорить об Интернет сфере, то здесь, конечно, больше сложностей. Во-первых, конкуренция, много учителей устраивают свои курсы, но чаще просто проводят вебинары, мне это не особо интересно; во-вторых, так называемые, хейтеры. Многие люди
воспринимают критику от таких людей на свой счет, но стоит научиться определять конструктивную оценку и прислушиваться к ней “.
Как относятся ваши коллеги и ученики к тому, что вы ведете YouTube-канал?
“Мои ученики не всегда об этом знают, чаще всего меня находят через знакомых. Когда ребята видят, сколько у меня просмотров, говорят: ”Вау, как интересно, вы такой популярный педагог”, появляется какое-то доверие. Хотя я скромный товарищ, не кичусь этим. Коллеги по-разному реагируют, некоторые завистливо, говорят: ”Даже мы такого не делаем”, но если вы не делаете, это не значит, что другие это не могут делать, а некоторые поддерживают, им интересны канал и ролики.”
Что нужно изменить в нынешних школах и системе образования? Как стоит преподавать современным учителям?
“Я на самом деле не очень люблю современную систему образования за то, что она нацелена на репетиторов, все это знают, понимают. Сегодня дети ищут репетиторов для сдачи ЕГЭ и ОГЭ уже с пятого класса. Лично я за онлайн образование, во-первых, потому что сегодня, имея доступ в интернет, удобно учиться, откуда хочешь и где хочешь, и, во-вторых, учитывая, что сейчас дети большую часть времени проводят в школах, а потом идут еще и к репетиторам, появляются они дома к девяти. Я считаю, что изменить современное образование можно, но, к сожалению, это будет возможно только в будущем. Своим коллегам я бы посоветовала уделять внимание именно знаниям детей, не просто натаскивая их по тестам”.
Что вы можете пожелать будущим преподавателям и своим коллегам, учителям нового поколения?
“Быть более открытыми к новому, не работать строго по программе, строить ее самостоятельно, идти своей дорогой, не боясь, что кто-то осудит. У меня есть коллеги, которые действительно идут свои путем, и я вижу, как это интересно. Не бояться своей профессии и развиваться в ней, стараться придумывать что-то новое, никогда не останавливаться, двигаться дальше. Не нужно идти по проторенной дорожке, все меняется, кроме, конечно, правил русского языка, но дети меняются и подход к ним нужен свой”.
Многие считают, что учитель-профессия, которая подразумевает “служение” школе, но это не так. Преподаватель помогает детям, это творческий, умный человек, который из сложного может сделать простое. Его легкой рукой создается история, меняются мнения и жизни. Учить — это призвание, если вы думаете, что имеете к этому талант, значит, в скором времени свет увидит нового преподавателя, который изменит мир не одного ребенка.
