Ни для кого не секрет, что ЕГЭ (даже не сам экзамен, а результат) в большинстве случаев высасывает все наши силы и энергию, да так, что у многих пропадает желание что-либо делать на ближайшие дни или даже недели. Все реагируют на результат по-разному, но эту статью я посвящу тем, кто эмоционально перегорел и ищет силы двигаться дальше.
Это нормально, что сейчас вы морально истощены и не хотите ничего делать. Вы не робот и всем нужно дать в волю пореветь или порадоваться за свои результаты. Самое главное, что это не должно длиться вечно. Каждый из вас это знает.
Поэтому чтобы вытащить как можно больше людей из внутренней пучины, я дам несколько советов-напоминаний о том, как и зачем идти вперёд.
1. Помни, что все эти эмоции пройдут
Может сейчас так не кажется, но после пары дней хандры вы поймёте, что ничего не остаётся как просто принять свой результат и жить дальше. В любом случае, как бы много не зависело от этих цифр, они не главный показатель вашего ума или смекалки.
Может быть, всё именно так, как и должно быть, и судьба приготовила вам что-то удивительное в месте, где вы и не ожидали что-то отыскать !
2. Найди хорошую сторону в сложившейся ситуации
Вероятней всего, тебе пришли не все результаты, которые ты бы хотела знать, или те цифры, которые пришли, ты оцениваешь не совсем трезвым взглядом, поэтому для начала тебе нужно успокоиться и поразмышлять, а может, это уж и не такой плохой результат?
3. Постарайся отвлечь себя чем-нибудь
Занимайся всем, что тебе нравится, лишь бы не давать плохим мыслям проникать в твою светлую голову.
Сделай то, что планировал(а) давным-давно, сходи прогуляться с близкими тебе людьми, развейся и приди в себя.
4. Поспи
Не зря говорят, что сон — лучшее лекарство, так что постарайся использовать его с умом. Чтобы не чувствовать себя ещё более уставшей до пробуждения, постарайся уснуть на определённое время, примерно на 20-30 минут. Ты дашь отдохнуть не только себе, но и своему организму от стресса.
5. Жизнь на этом не заканчивается
Помни, что не важно, сдал ты или не сдал, сдал хорошо или плохо — ЭТО не определяет тебя. Просто представь, что теперь ты можешь вложить все свои силы во что-то более значимое. Занимайся поисками себя, готовься к своей будущей профессии, если точно знаешь и хочешь посвятить жизнь этой стезе, Ж И В И в конце концов!
Как говорила моя подруга, жизнь слишком коротка чтобы тратить её на слёзы из-за результатов ЕГЭ, ведь ещё столько всего удивительного ждёт тебя впереди, когда ты откроешься навстречу самой себе и миру вокруг.
